So figured since I am running the two I’d make a little log for anyone else on the fence about stacking them.

My stats and supps

Supps:

Evomuse BMP

SNS Xgels

GAT L-car

I force hemavol

And other staples


Age- 28

Height- 5’11

Weight- Currently weighing 190 with a goal to hit 200 before my 16 week cut.

BF %- last I checked which was about 3 weeks ago I was 11%.

Current goal- Lean Bulk

Workout schedule goes as follows

Sunday- pushday

Monday- pull day

Tuesday- leg day (hamstring and glute focused )

Wednesday- push day ( supersets and drop sets )

Thursday- pull day ( supersets and drop sets )

Friday- Legs ( quad and calf focused )

Saturday- off ( my off day’s I still go do cardio and abs )

Diet is currently 3000k a day with 6 meals a day.

Alright today will be my first day with x-gels but I have been running BMP for about 2 weeks now. I plan on running this stack up into my cut then switch over to my stano and 11-kt run.

First meal of the day

Meal 1:
4 egg whites
2 whole eggs
2 whole wheat tortillas
4 tablespoons of salsa
4 slices of low sodium turkey bacon

Meal 2:

Whey protein

Banana

Apple

2 Quaker oat cakes

Meal 3:

160g of salmon

10 asparagus spears

2 medium potatoes with skin

1 tbsp or olive oil

Meal 4:

150g of low fat no sugar Greek yogurt
50g almonds

Meal 5:

8oz shrimp

300g rice

50g avocado

1.5 cups of green beans

Meal 6:

Protein shake

250ml or almond milk no sugar

Nice layout. I like that daily food plan for you at 190 that should help you gain for sure. That is dam close to my daily macros and I'm 219.

So far it’s great! I’m able to gain some solid weight but keeping the BF% as low as I can. I feel if I were to add any more I’d be fighting an uphill battle when cutting time comes.

Overall a great session! The pump was crazy good and I’m starting to see veins in areas that I usually have a hard time making them pop up.... I’m thinking it’s a mix of shedding some water weight and BMP starting to show some physical changes which is awesome!

BMP is dosed at: 2 caps in the morning and 2 caps 60 minutes pre lift

Xgels- 6 pills 45 min pre lift

This will basically go right into my real cycle which I’m still trying to figure out 😂 I have 3 bottles of 11-kt and ordered a few more as well. But I want to stack it with something just not sure what yet. Going for super dry/lean gains

In on the fun ride .. seeing more and more pple stack BMP with Xgels or Anabolic Effect .. should be a solid gains ride.

So had a great leg day today! Veins popping up in quads which is new for me haha the calf and hamstring but was awesome I can thank x-gels for that for sure. I’m noticing an increase in vascularity and I’m going to say that’s a mix of hemavol and bmp mixed with my carb intake. Staying fairly lean so far and weighing in today at 190.

So second week in and must say leaning out and feeling some fullness during the day which is nice.

Today was push day #2, not my best day in the gym was feeling pretty tired ( been on call ) but definitely felt the pump!

Awesome! Even if I don't have a good workout in terms of weight, if the pump is there i'm happy!

Same here haha I was just getting pissed because I felt weaker than usual which gets in your head!
That does get in your head. But I always have to remind myself its not about the number and then i realize my workout was just as good as any other workout if i'm still pushing myself.

I'd say do it! Don't have a bad thing to say about it, pumps are great, fullness is awesome, I am noticeably more full in the morning now and pretty through the day. DOMs suck but nothing to bad just means it's working haha Strength so far is great up 5-10lbs in most lift... I attribute that to few things but if anything x-gels def gives that little extra umph!
