I have 2 bottles of optimize-t and inhibit-e and was planning on running together but would it benefit me any on leaning out to add glyco phase to the mix?
GlycoPhase is one of my favorite supplements out there and I would absolutely recommend adding it to the stack. It has the potential to aid leaning out. But what it definately will do is to help shuttle important nutrients into your muscles, providing both more energy and power in the gym but also aid recovery.
