What are your goals? I was told the Natty king for putting on size was Anabolic Effect. Yet to test it myself (will do next year) but it has incredible feedback around here
Anabolic Effect is great for putting on size and it makes a great stack with Anabolic XT.
People start to notice the muscle fullness and some endurance with Anabolic Effect pretty quickly and then the results really start to kick in around week 3 and get better for most people by the week. That's why most people run a 12 to 20 week cycle of it and why a lot of people use it long term.
I don't know if I have used Anabolic XT in a deficit, I used it in a surplus and it always yielded awesome results.
I have used Anabolic Effect in a deficit though and felt it helped hold on to strength substantially while cutting.
I'm glad that you like them both. They're both great natural anabolics and work in different ways, and they make for a great stack.
I don't think you've ever stacked them yet have you? I'm looking forward to you stacking them at some point and seeing how you like them.
I feel like it’s been months of you saying you’ll run PA-XT, maybe you’ll actually use it before getting banned again this time.
Just please try to not lose track of things and get derailed again with flip flopping ideas, as long as you have no preconceived notions and the right expectations I’m sure you’ll enjoy it.
I do think you need to stop acting like just bc you’ve invested a ton of money into equipment and you meal prep it automatically means your training and diet are fine, maybe it increases the likelihood, but it doesn’t guarantee things are set up properly.
Maybe actually laying out what you are doing specifically and what else you’ve been taking leading up could get this on the right track. Just so people have an understanding of things like how you are on TRT, etc. because the timeline has been confusing.
Good luck if you actually mean it this time though.
I'd love to believe that this is a sincere thing about running the products. I guess time will tell.
Great point though about meal prep and equipment - not just for him, but anyone though. We have a great gym setup here at the warehouse, but I still felt like I had better overall access to equipment and trained better at a commercial gym. They just need to invent a piece of equipment that will come to my office and drag me back there and make me workout haha.
I started taking PA earlier this year and now it’s a staple supplement for me. I absolutely love the pumps and fullness(noticeably different within a week) I get with it. Over time it’s helped with strength too, but not a drastic change as I saw with the pumps/fullness.
I’ll be interested to see how this stack works for you.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. I'm really glad you like it.
There are some people that see great dramatic gains in strength from Phosphatidic Acid XT, but I noticed myself like you said that it helped me over time. I didn't get the dramatic bump, but I also don't train for max strength - but I did get nice consistent gains in both muscle and strength and the pumps were great and I look more full all the time on it.
Sweet looking gym. Stack looks nice too. I'd love to combine AXT and PAXT. I did a strength phase with PAXT at maintenance and gained about 1 lb on the scale but all of my major lifts went up 20-30 lbs in 8 weeks and I'm not a beginner.
Looking at the diet it's hard to tell because I don't know portion sizes but I'd guess you're around 150g protein. Also don't know your weight but maybe try to get that up to around 1-1 with your weight. Training is probably good. I like to vary my training. Over the years I got stuck in a rut of something similar. Now I'll do a bro split for 8-12 weeks then I'll do a PPL then I'll do full body 3 days a week. I seem to progress much better with that.
Good luck, can't wait to hear about the progress. I know for me PA XT kicked in with muscle fullness after about 10-14 days and strength around day 20.
That's great to hear for the strength gains. Congratulations.
Protein intake is crucial for me in general and especially on any natural anabolics, and scientifically it would make sense that it would be even more important on things that increase protein synthesis.
I train legs not because it's super enjoyable but because I think legs have massive carryover to everything else in the gym. I just don't think they should be ignored. Plus being honest with ourselves no matter what we do or accomplish the squat is probably always going to be the single greatest display of strength.
To be fair, while these products are likely a great contribution to cutting or bulking, I don't think it would be appropriate to judge them on their ability to build strength while on a cut. I've mentioned many times the value I felt anabolic effect had for me in maintaining my strength while cutting, which in itself I think is amazing. But I would be incredibly surprised if you found a natty product that led a trained body into strength gains or PRs while cutting.
I absolutely agree. I despise training legs. I hate it more now after my accident than ever before, but realize the importance of it for other things.
I totally understand if some people aren't able to train them - but I think that we/they need to be realistic with oneself if we can't do legs, then it will impact us on other exercise areas as well.
Absolutely agree - on a cut, the goal should be to maintain strength. If strength goes up, that's great and an added bonus. Some people do gain strength during a cut, and more do during a recomp - but something helping a person maintain strength is awesome in itself during a cut.
