SNS RELOAD!!!

I have 9 SNS bottles and 8 CEL bottles in my bathroom. Did the CEL program ever get started? And it seems like we don’t have to send in receipts just the UPCs?

Send me a pm or email. If people let us know in advance, we let them count the CEL ones as 1/2 point.

The UPC's are required. The receipts, we reserve the right to request bc of the amount of attempted fraud with this program. That's the only way we could keep it going versus canceling it. But we don't always request them.

We are in the process of some big website changes and any program updates will happen after that.

I’ve got 28 points now counting my CEL 1/2 point bottles. Going for the 36 points which I’ll have somewhat soon.

Darn all those cel bottles I threw away (my stupidity for just noticing this). Even at .5 points easily would of accumulated 25 plus points just in cel bottles. 🤦🤦

CEL is not part of the SNS Reload program. Some people had asked privately if they could count them towards it and I tried to be helpful on a case by case basis.

Understandable; regardless you are a class act for helping others out where you can. Thanks for clarification

@sns8778 I have to finally cash in my stash. The boxes are taking up too much room.

If 36 points gets you 4 products, could I send in 72 bottles/labels, and get 8 products, or do I have to do two different shipments?

I most likely won't send all of them. Was just curious.

You can send them all at one time is fine. Just make sure to include a detailed explanation as to what you're doing. It can be something simple just explaining that you're sending in 72 points for double the 36 point redemption.

If you're cutting them out, you could ziplock them separately or some people put the cutout UPC's in bottles and some separate the 1 point and half point ones which is not required but super convenient.

It doesn't matter to us whether you send the cutout UPC's or bottles - that's whatever is most convenient for you

I finally got all my labels sent in last week but tracking shows it was not able to be delivered and a note was left. Hopefully I got the address right

You are welcome to pm or email me.

This thread is really not the best place for individual tracking related issues.

If you sent it by USPS, I can tell you that they absolutely suck and a lot of times will say that they try to deliver things that they do not.

If someone can't deliver here, then they have a problem and are possibly blind, because we have a front office space that is open from 9am to 4pm that USPS or any other delivery service can walk into and deliver and a 20k sq ft warehouse that has 2 loading docks and a receiving door that is open 10am to 4pm and has instructions on the door for after hours deliveries.

^^^ That's for if you're sending a big box of bottles. If you cut the UPC codes out and sent them in an envelope, we also have a commercial size mailbox on the road.

None of that is your fault at all - just explaining that if something about tracking said that it was not able to be delivered, that would indicate a lazy USPS driver not even trying to or trying to deliver to the wrong address.
