SNS Reduce XT - Insomnia?

I'm on week 4 of nolva/daa after an 8 week 25mg ostarine run (didn't expect a full pct but found it came highly recommended).

On week 2 I introduced sns reduce xt and noticed a wicked bout of insomnia kick in.

I'm just wondering if there's anything in there that could contribute. Is there any risk of rebounding cortisol or anything if I stop suddenly to test?

Also, is it a known fact that reduce is not suppressive in any way? I've heard it discussed and people usually lean towards non-suppressive but I don't know if any final word has ever developed.

There's numerous 8-10 week studies on 7-keto showing no endogenous suppression.

As for insomnia, It's not something I've ever experienced, but I have seen people suggest it before, usually also in the context of a PCT

It's more likely caused by the tamoxifen, studies give about a 10-15% occurrence of insomnia in patients taking tamoxifen.

Ahh ok, I was wondering but a quick google didn't yield much, now that I researched I see more, I probably used bad terminology in my initial look.

Yayy for 6 day half life! Wondering if I stop a few days early if it'll hurt much, I'm only 5 days from complete but exhausted from not sleeping. Will the long half life hop the body adjust rather than trying to help with a taper?

I'd recommend seeing your PCT through to completion insomnia or not

This right here.

A bit of insomnia now will be worth the recovery price. Stick it out!

As said above, chances are its the PCT itself (particularly nolva as that has hormonal implications that would be really kicking in around wk 2). I would also continue as planned and just try to work around it as best as possible.

Maybe add some simple sleep aids like melatonin if its still an issue after week 3

How long Can someone take xt? I just finished my first bottle at 2 a day and have another bottle handy.
Is there such thing as cortisol rebound? Should I taper off with 2nd bottle?

I've never heard of rebound from something natural like this, however we still recommend a max of 8 weeks, followed by a 4 week break. Its always tough for your body to handle and "change" for too long without some type of reaction.

max ive done is 6 weeks @ 2caps ..last 2 weeks at 3caps .. and i was fine

but usually 4on 4off is a good protocol .. I take it you finished your 45days 2caps .. i would take some time off.

It's probably the fact that you are in week 2 of PCT which starts to get rough.

We recommend taking reduce xt max 8 weeks.
