Magnesium Creatine Chelate - A More Bioavailable Creatine*

Magnesium Creatine Chelate capsules contain Creatine Magnepower, a patented ingredient from Albion Labs, which has been shown in studies to help improve exercise performance, allow athletes to reach exhaustion later in their routines, and to produce significant strength gains in as little as 2 weeks!

Magnesium Creatine Chelate is highly bioavailable, and offers protection from the digestive tract. Protection from breakdown in the digestive tract is very important with creatine supplementation because it makes more creatine available to the muscle cells.

Magnesium Creatine Chelate is fully reacted magnesium and creatine chelate. On its own, Magnesium is essential for over 300 bodily functions, and has been shown to enhance strength, energy, and endurance levels. The most important aspect of magnesium in relation to this product is that creatine requires magnesium for its maximum conversion to ATP. ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate) is the source of energy for muscle cells and is required for all cellular functions.

Summary of Typical Results with Magnesium Creatine Chelate:
- Increased Lean Muscle & Cell Volumization*
- Increased Strength (including explosive power)*
- Improved Endurance & Reduction of Muscular Fatigue*
- Improved Muscular Recovery*

When can Magnesium Creatine Chelate caps be used?

Cutting/Fat Loss Cycles:
Magnesium Creatine Chelate capsules can be used to help build and retain lean muscle while losing body-fat. It is highly desirable to many during this period compared to regular creatine since there is limited to no fluid retention, no need for dextrose or simple sugars to be taken with it & therefore no increased fat storage, and because it is convenient and easy to use.

Lean Bulking & Recomposition Cycles:
The same reasons that make Magnesium Creatine Chelate desirable during cutting and fat loss cycles make it very appealing during lean bulking and recomposition cycles as well - lean muscle and strength gain, without fluid retention or fat gain.

Bulking:
Magnesium Creatine Chelate can be used during bulking cycles to help maximize lean muscle and strength gains.

Magnesium Creatine Chelate vs Creatine Monohydrate - Further Elaboration

Creatine Monohydrate has been shown in numerous studies to help increase lean muscle, strength, and endurance levels. However, there are some reported drawbacks associated with creatine monohydrate supplementation including stomach distress, bloating and fluid retention, the need for a loading phase, and fat storage related to dextrose and simple sugars used to help improve absorption.

This is where Magnesium Creatine Chelate has the advantage. It has been shown to be more effective than creatine monohydrate, without some of the negative, unwanted side effects.

Advantages of Magnesium Creatine Chelate:
No Loading Phase
Creatine Monohydrate has a lower absorption rate than Magnesium Creatine Chelate, which results in many users "loading" or taking high dosages of Creatine Monohydrate in order to achieve effective amounts in the body. With Magnesium Creatine Chelate, due to the higher absorption rate and reduced breakdown to creatinine in the stomach, there is no need for this loading phase. This results in increased convenience and cost effectiveness.

Limited to No Fluid Retention
Bloating and fluid retention is commonly reported by Creatine Monohydrate users; however is seldom reported with Magnesium Creatine Chelate. That makes Magnesium Creatine Chelate highly desirable for individuals that are dieting or are concerned with fluid retention.

No Need for Dextrose or Simple Sugars and No Subsequent Fat Storage
Many creatine monohydrate based products contain dextrose or other simple sugars, and many people that take creatine monohydrate powder take it with simple sugars to help increase the absorption. The downside to this is that the insulin spike created by these simple sugars can lead to fat storage. With Magnesium Creatine Chelate, due to its superior absorption, no dextrose or simple sugars are needed; therefore, there is no resulting insulin spike or fat storage.

This aspect alone makes Magnesium Creatine Chelate ideal for those looking to incorporate a creatine product into their recomposition or fat loss regimen.

Decreased Stomach Distress
Due to Creatine Monohydrates lower absorption rate, and breakdown into its byproduct creatinine in the stomach, some users report stomach distress. However, with Magnesium Creatine Chelate, stomach discomfort is decreased or eliminated because it has a higher absorption rate and the creatine is protected from the stomach acid, and the chelate helps prevent breakdown.

Summary of Advantages/Highlights:
- No Loading Phase
- Limited (if any) bloating or fluid retention
- No need for dextrose or simple sugars associated with some other creatine products
- No increased fat storage (which can be seen from the insulin spike with some other creatine products)
- More Active Creatine in the Bloodstream/Less Conversion to Creatinine

Important Note: Use by Women
Magnesium Creatine Chelate capsules can be used by women. Many women find this type of creatine to be highly desirable since there is limited to no fluid retention, no need for dextrose or simple sugars to be taken with it & therefore no increased fat storage, and because it is convenient and easy to use.

Stacking & Synergy:
Depending on your desired goals, Serious Nutrition Solutions makes a wide variety of products that compliment Magnesium Creatine Chelate caps. For fat loss and recomposition cycles, Magnesium Creatine Chelate capsules stack very well with TTA-500, RK-500 Xtreme or RK-125, SYN-30, and/or Reduce XT. For lean bulking, recomposition, and bulking cycles, Magnesium Creatine Chelate capsules stack nicely with Beta Alanine caps .

For an explosive pre-workout solution, Magnesium Creatine Chelate capsules go very nicely with Focus XT . This stack allows users to cost effectively and conveniently get the most out of their workouts in terms of mental focus, clarity, concentration, lean muscle and strength gains.

I want to draw special attention to this part I've quoted. Please notice the options as far as serving sizes available. If you just want to try it for a little over a month and see how it goes, you can try the 120 cap size. If you already know that you love MCC and want an affordable, convenient, and well-priced option, you can pick up the 501 cap bottle.

There is one more thing that I want to really stress, and I have quoted it below. This has been a pet project of mine for quite awhile now, I even did a full marketing presentation on SNS MCC caps of which a large part focused on how well it would pair with our existing product, Focus XT. I am really excited about this combination. I already felt like the only possible reason a person might try something else for pre-workout might be the lack of creatine in FXT, but with this MCC product you can now add it for less than it would cost to buy a pre-workout product that already contains creatine (at least in satisfactory doses of the ingredients you want). Plus, you still have the added flexibility of using FXT without creatine when you wish.

I am super stoked about this stack, perhaps you should look for it to pop up as a package deal...

I find it hard to believe that this product should be cycled.

Neither creatine supplementation nor separate magnesium supplementation need cycling so why would MCC need cycling?

Thank you in advance for your reply.

That is entirely up the the person. There are two schools of thought as to whether creatine should be cycled. Indeed, it doesnt have to be, but some people feel that they do better off of creatine when they do. So, the best way to appeal to both sides of the debate is to put the suggestion on there, and then the people that dont think it should be cycled can just use it straight through.
