SNS KannaEase Caps - Intro Thread

It's the SNS one. So I'll start with 1 cap I guess. Even though on some sites I read to start lower than that.

I think one capsule is fine to start. I just always caution people from going too high bc sometimes you read of people taking 1 gram+ and that's definitely not the way to start for the average person.

Thanks for sharing, bro. It's a very important topic and understandably many may not want to discuss it. So it is appreciated that you are willing to. I was considering SSRIs as well but am doing my best to navigate things with more natural alternatives. Let us know how 2 caps go and maybe some of the other products in combination will help additionally. Also, if you ever need to feel free to shoot me a PM. I've been in some really bad places this past year or two so I understand how difficult those dark days can be. You'll always have an ear on here.
I really appreciate that, man! That is a very generous offer. I may take you up on that one day. I don’t regret using the SSRIs. For me, they served a valuable purpose during particularly hard times. I am glad I am able to manage without them now but I know they are available if I need a temporary assist in the future. It is helpful for me to view them as a temporary band-aid, and try to use them to help get some relief so I can work on other strategies. Leaning into exercise has been pretty effective for me.

Sorry for the detail. But the KannaEase seems to help. I will try 2 the next time there is acute stress and report back.

I had already answered your initial post before I saw this one.

I don't take SSRI's because of the side effects myself. Some of them seemed to help me, some of them just made me mad (which was scary bc I'm a very laid back person). And the side effects suck. The reason I explained that is to say this - when I first started taking KannaEase, I was meaning to take it occasionally as needed. But I was going thru a really crappy time and noticed quickly that every day was kind of an as needed day bc KannaEase really helped take the edge off and it helped me keep from getting frustrated as easily and definitely helped me not be as snappy at others when I'm frustrated or overwhelmed. So I guess you could say it helps me not get as frustrated or overwhelmed but also helps me handle it better when I do.

I'm glad that you felt a benefit at 1 capsule. Have you tried taking 2 capsules per day spaced out? That may be an option versus 2 at once; but you could try it both ways and see how you like it best.

My personal regimen is this:
- 1 capsule Stress & Anxiety Support twice per day every day
- If I know a day is going to be particularly bad day, I'll take 2 capsules of Stress & Anxiety Support with my first dose and then some days an extra capsule between my morning and nighttime dose.
- 1 KannaEase daily in the morning with Stress & Anxiety Support
- Some days, 1 KannaEase later in the day if needed.

For me, both Stress & Anxiety Support and KannaEase work great but the feeling from them is slightly different. It's hard to explain but pronounced for me. Like Stress & Anxiety Support is the base in that it helps keep me from being as stressed and anxious and takes the general edge off. And then KannaEase tends to help me deal with things better when the stress or anxiety becomes overwhelming. I hope that makes sense.
Thanks for that detailed info. I have considered the Stress & Anxiety Support but haven’t tried it yet as I haven’t seemed to react well to high doses of Rhodiola in the past. There is some in my Multi (Legion Triumph) and I seem to feel weird if I take anything else with Rhodiola with it. A little nauseous and dizzy sometimes. Maybe low blood pressure. To be clear, this was not from SNS products, rather others in the past.
I may take a break from the multi soon and give the Stress & Anxiety Support a try then.

No apologies needed! The detail is appreciated and important to give context. Hopefully the changes continue to help and really make a difference. Glad to see to see you're doing better overall though, bro :D

If you do try Stress & Anxiety Support, one cool thing is the dosing is very flexible so you can adjust it to your individual needs.

Thank you for clarifying that this wasn't from SNS supplements, the things you said happened in the past when you took it.

Some brands have become too overly obsessed with Rhodiola and the Salidrosides content. Salidrosides are important, but so are Rosavins if using it for stress & anxiety. And when going with the mega % Salidrosides ones, the effects you mentioned are much more common. And a lot of those are Rhodiola Crenulata, not Rhodiola Rosea so thats another consideration. We've never had any reports of that with Stress & Anxiety Support, but everyone does respond different to different things.

We recently put these together as a stack price on the website:
https://seriousnutritionsolutions.com/product/kannaease-stress-anxiety-support-stack/

Normal price is 59.99 for 1 unit KannaEase and 1 Stress & Anxiety Support 120 caps.
With the memorial day sale code memorialday30, the price of the stack would be 41.99!

Finally got my hands on this.

I'd be interested in hearing more about this product. I have not had any luck with other kanna products and assume there is a huge difference in extraction process or something. Cannot find any legitimate reviews on distribution sites for this, which is odd.

I tried to be as thorough as possible with the write up and there is a lot of great feedback on it.

I'm not sure what you mean about any legitimate reviews on distribution sites?

There have been good reviews and a lot of positive feedback here on it.

KannaEase is a specialized extract and is extremely potent as compared to many other types of Kanna. It is great for stress, anxiety, motivation, and 'taking the edge off' as many people would put it.

A big thing about KannaEase and Kanna in general is about qualifying expectations. If someone is looking for the types of Kanna that they can basically use to get high, KannaEase is not it and isn't meant to be. If someone is looking for a type to help them with stress, anxiety, motivation, etc., then KannaEase works great for a lot of people.

Meaning when I go to distribution sites to purchase, there are no reviews for the product. I love SNS and want to experience what kanna is supposed to be, but I've not found any that does anything. It's always nice to read anecdotal feedback.

I'm trying to help. I just don't know what you mean by distribution site. Do you mean like online retailers?

If so, I do wish more of our customers would leave reviews on websites.

That's something that's really hard for brands like us - the big marketing brands do a great job incentivizing people to leave reviews and even though our feedback is good, not many people leave reviews on our products. It's one of the most discouraging things that I deal with on a regular basis.

There's a lot of great feedback here on AM on KannaEase and it sells very well for us. Maybe some more people will share experiences with you about it in this thread.

Yeah, sorry I am talking about online retailers. No idea why I was saying distributors. Lol.

I'm just going to grab a bottle, it is cheap enough. I'll see first hand how it works for me.

Thanks for clarifying. When you were saying distribution sites, thats what was confusing me haha.

KannaEase is definitely cost effective. If you use one a day, its a 4 months supply. A lot of people don't use it daily, only as needed. For me, I've found that it works great with daily use. And then I use a second capsule per day as needed.

So I've been using this for 10 days now as needed and 'on and off'. I've been having really stressfull time due to work and stuff lately and I do think it helps me mellow out. Quite subtle, but I think beneficial. Estimating the effects of anything intended to work on the mental side is the most difficult to asses imo. I don't know yet if I would prefer daily use or to take when needed. I'll probably try 2 weeks ed use next and see how I like it and then go back to taking as needed to compare. Might play with the dose too and see if 2 or 3 caps at once gives more of an effect, than 1 cap.

I'll call it promising and a nice to have in arsenal for now.

I started off using it myself on an as needed basis and it was during a time where coincidentally every day it was pretty much needed haha. That's when I realized that it worked great for me when used daily. I knew it was helping but didn't realize exactly how much until I went to take a break from it and could definitely tell a big difference. For me, daily use reminds me of a medication I had used in the past that I absolutely loved but had to stop taking due to the side effects.

So I am now a week in and what I can say is that: these are better quality than what I was taking, that is a fact. The second is that I don't think people should take it expecting it to be like kratom, phenibut, or CBN. I find it to be very subtle, but at least with the SNS caps, noticeable in that it takes the late afternoon edge off where my work day has got me a little wound up and I feel the tension in my neck and traps of being at the computer all day and crave something. I took 1 and felt a little "lighter" and less stressed, so I tried 2 but it made me pretty tired about 2 hours later, super relaxed though. I have been sleeping well and it helps to calm the mind a bit so sleeping is easy.

Overall I give them an 8 of 10 after 6 days and would buy again.

I haven't tried it for sleep yet. It would be awesome, if it helps in that department. I've gone through so many supps to help with sleep and there's only a few that I have purchased again. My issue isn't as much the falling asleep, than waking up after few hours and taking a long time to fall asleep again, so it's tough to find stuff that helps with that. But sometimes the falling asleep is difficult too, so anything that helps with that too is welcomed.

Sleep has always been an issue for me, luckily I do well on little, averaging around 6 hours and a good night 7. What I have found in this short period is that it is helping me fall asleep fast (which is always an issue because my mind is wired) and then when I do wake up, getting back to sleep fast. So it sounds like it might be helpful for you.

Thank you for sharing your update. I'm glad that you're enjoying it.

And I definitely agree - people definitely shouldn't take it expecting it to be like Kratom or Phenibut. I think it has it's own unique feel to it. For me, it gives me the feeling I like from Phenibut without the feelings that I don't. But for people that like the more strong feeling from Phenibut, KannaEase isn't meant to do that.

I like the way you put that and definitely agree with the way you said that its subtle and takes the edge off. It helps me be less stressed and focus and power through situations where I would have been very overwhelmed in previously; and I'm one that when faced with situations like that, may have shut down and not been productive from being overwhelmed.

I take 1 per day everyday and sometimes take a 2nd capsule spaced out later in the day but still haven't tried 2 at once. I keep saying I'm going to but haven't tried it yet.

I'm the same way as you. I usually can fall asleep alright, I just tend to wake up a lot of times and sometimes have a hard time falling back asleep. For me, its usually because my mind won't stop racing. We are hoping that Sleep Assist XT will be out within the next 6 weeks or so.

I'm eager to test the Sleep Assist XT for sure. May need to contact Body shock again to tell them to take it in their catalog. You know, so they can ignore me again, lol.

Don't feel bad. They ignore me too. Last time I heard from Body Shock, I was out of the office and had just had an eye procedure done. They just had to have an invoice that same day so went to work, invoiced, them, pulled their order - and they never paid for it and haven't heard from them since.

It's like they brought the lines in to stay out of stock of most all of it all the time. I don't understand that - bring something in and have a lot of it sell out within the first 2 weeks and then never reorder on any of it.

That's really odd indeed.. And IIRC they had a whole 'campaign' going on when you had several new SNS products released and they were getting some of them in for sale. It's a shame I'm stuck using shops inside the EU and ever since after Brexit, Body Shock has been the best place in terms of inventory and ease of obtaining some stuff, due to no hassle with customs. What you just told me makes me not want to support them..

I had such high hopes of working with them myself. It's so discouraging to try so hard to work with retailers and get hopes up for it to seem like they really most likely brought in products to stay out of stock of them on purpose to try to switch people to different brands. I can't say that's what they're doing 100%, but its really weird that they sold out of things so quick and didn't reorder - you would think that would have excited them and made them want to reorder ASAP. And then the thing about that day where they have to have the invoice right then and then didn't pay and hadn't replied since - that was just unprofessional as hell. Same for the never replying to emails.

To me, working with retailers should be a partnership where both parties make money and the customers ultimately win because they have access to the products. It's sad bc to me bc it should be so simple.

As someone that deals with supply chain (and in a “process improvement” capacity) this is just terrible business… unless they’re selling at a loss this is just dumb. And that’s taking it at a strictly business perspective. If you want loyal suppliers and better deals you need to actually work with them and make it a relationship

Unfortunately, that's not the way it works in this industry a lot of times.

They made such a big deal about bringing the brands and products in that I had high hopes for it, especially when a lot of the products sold out very quickly for them.

It's been the lack of communication, lack of replying, etc. that have really lead me to believe that the intention may not have been to work with us so much as it was to list our products and try to switch people to different brands. If this wasn't the case, I don't understand why they wouldn't try to keep them in stock.

^^^ And I say that from the perspective of being in this industry for many years, I've had it happen before.

I'm super easy to work with on the wholesale/distribution side. I really want to have our products offered everywhere possible to customers all over the world and give great discounts, ship fast, and go out of my way to try to work with retailers and international retailers and distributors any way that I can to make that happen.

For what it's worth, I emailed Body Shock asking about SNS products and told them I'd be interested on purhasing more of the SNS products, and that I know others that would aswell.

So I got a reply from Body Shock; "Next month we want to order more SNS products, so in 2 months would be back in stock."

We'll see.

Also, I specifically asked to stock Lean Edge, so fingers crossed 🤞

Is it cool to stack Kannaease with Sleep XT? Or should I keep them dosed separately? Thanks for any help.

They should be fine to dose together. I would just start with 1 cap and 1 cap and see how you like it and then you could go up to 2 caps of Sleep Assist XT if needed. You could go up to 4 caps but its works so well for me, I haven't taken more than 2 caps of it yet. I take 1 cap Sleep Assist XT on nights where I'll get 4 to 6 hours of sleep and 2 caps on nights I'll get 6 to 8 hours of sleep.

I take a KannaEase every morning and sometimes 1 late in the day. I haven't tried dosing them together before bed but I may try that myself this weekend.

And no problem at all. I'm always glad to help in any way that I can.

Thank you for the breakdown. Sounds like a plan, I’ll try this out and see how it goes. I been doing 1 Kannaease in the morning and 2 sleep xt at night which has me sleeping like a baby. I was just asking to make sure there wasn’t any overlap or bad interactions with sleep XT. Thanks again for the help!!

Well it has been awhile since I posted on this but have been taking Kannaease regularly over the last 30-40 days in the evening. What I have found is that taking 1 in the early evening takes a little edge off the day and then another before bed will let me have some deep sleep with vivid dreams. I've tried taking 2 at once, but I am ready to go to sleep about 2 hours after- it is too much for me.

I find it to be a nice mild stress reliever without sides that won't knock you out (unless you take too much) and doesn't make you groggy the next day.

I normally take mine earlier in the day and then sometimes 1 later in the evening. One day I may try your way of one in the early evening and then another before bedtime if its helping you with vivid dreams because I love vivid dreams. I get some really cool dreams a lot of times with Sleep Assist XT as well.

I keep forgetting to add a review. Not for me, but I got my girlfriend Stress and Anxiety Support a long time ago and she used it sporadically as needed. She noticed a significant difference with that, but was getting stressed a lot at work and close to running out.

So a few weeks ago I ordered more Stress and Anxiety, I also picked up KannaEase for her. She’s been doing the Kanna first thing in the morning and takes the Stress and Anxiety support with her to work. She said there’s a big difference taking them together versus each separately.

I ended up looking into Kanna to see how it works. It seems like Kanna can improve “state anxiety” (or something like that, I forget what it’s called.) Basically it can reduce anxiety reactions to situations. When I told her that, she agreed. She hadn’t pinpointed exactly how it helped, but this seemed to explain it. Basically Stress and Anxiety Support brings down her baseline anxiety and Kanna helps decrease spikes. She’s been dealing with stress way better at work now. Overall, been super happy with results!

Thank you for sharing and that's a great way of putting it in that last paragraph.

I'm really glad that its helping her and that she is enjoying it.

Does kanna lift mood in a euphoric type way?

I think it depends on the individual. We've had a lot of people say that KannaEase helps them feel a mild euphoric type feeling.

For me, it helps me ALOT with being in a better mood and be more positive, but I can't say that I've ever felt a euphoric feeling from it - more of a pleasant all around just in a better mood overall sense - which is great for me and people around me haha.

We have a running joke at the office that its our 'make us not want to slap stupid people' product bc of how much better mood it helps both me and my office manager be in. It helps me me not be as sad and down and not get frustrated as easily; it helps her not be as snappy and grumpy haha.

In the Chemix Lifestyle Nootropic product, there is 1000mg of Kanna (whole plant) per serving. It’s a stim free product, and there are many other high dose ingredients in it, but it definitely produces a stimulant effect.

Do you find Kannaease to have a stimulant like effect, and have you heard of any experiences from people taking more than 2 capsules at a time?

I think that you may be mistaken about the Chemix product being stimulant free because it contains both phenethylamine HCI and N-Dimethyl Phenethylamine in it. They even talk about the stimulant aspects in the write up on their website.

In their product, they opt to go with regular Kanna which has to be fairly highly dosed and with all regular Kanna whole leaf products, the Mesembrine content can vary wildly from batch to batch. Not saying that there is anything wrong with them using the whole herb, I understand why they do from a marketing standpoint because the dosage looks good bc its higher and the high dosage looks like a good selling point to people that aren't familiar with KannaEase and the importance of the high Mesembrine content.

With KannaEase, it is standardized to for a high percentage alkaloids and a high Mesembrine content so the dosage necessary is very low compared to the whole herb form. This allows for lower dosing and also for consistency from batch to batch.

I find KannaEase to be motivating and uplifting in a mental sort of way but I do not find it to have a stimulant effect BUT that may vary some from person to person and how they would categorize their definition of stimulant or energy. For me, I definitely have more energy and feel better when I use it but am also much more relaxed when I use it and definitely not shaky or jittery or anything.

I have never taken more than 2 capsules in one day myself. I've heard of some people using more and some have said that they feel an increased affect and some say that they didn't notice a lot of extra benefit from increasing it, so I think it may vary from person to person.

Thanks so much for the fast and thorough response!

Another drawback of the Chemix approach can be nausea. Too much Kanna can hurt the stomach, but I’ve only every observed that queasy feeling with Chemix or Liftmode Kannas.
