My wife made one with that Coco Lopez stuff for Thanksgiving. It was awesome! She didn't want me to take a pic of it because it was ugly, LOL.

All I know is it was damn good! That stuff makes it so moist, and my wife used coconut oil instead of vegetable oil in the cake too.

The added MCT's ftw.

I love coconut!! My favorite protein shake is fresh coconut and the water from the coconut, one banana, 4oz skim milk and 40g vanilla protein. Absolutely delicious!!

I've had the Kashi kind now that I think about it - soy based but still good.

We have high protein muesli bars here but they are soy based. 12g of protein per bar at $3.99 per box of 6. If only they didn't use soy..

Got a Moe's downstairs from my office.

ive been let down from Chipolte and Moe's, i doubt quidoba is better, honestly for the price id rather make my own, and make a few for the cost. Yeah i know you are paying for convenience, still costly.

Blueberry Pretzel Salad! The pretzels are broken up, mixed with butter and sugar to form the base, then a layer of cream cheese and whipped cream topped with strawberry jello and blueberries. Sinfully simple carb delite.
