I am 2wks morning into second bottle and loving it! Was going to ask if it really needs to be cycled. I only do 4 pre bed and 1 mid afternoon. 5 prebed and I was a little groggy. Awesome sleep and dreams!
- deeper sleep
- more vivid/memorable dreams
- improved morning "mood" (ability/motivation to get out of bed at the first alarm ha)
- noticeable decrease in soreness from workouts
- general mood boost (attributable to sleep improvement)
- can get groggy if taking on too short a nights sleep (<5hrs seems to be too little and i wake up groggy but that is to be expected at that sleep level and with something intended to increase the depth of sleep... its aways harder to wake from a deep slumber vs a light nap)
