Just started running this about 2 nights ago. Anyone has some feedback they can share about what they experienced using this supplement?
 
I am 2wks morning into second bottle and loving it! Was going to ask if it really needs to be cycled. I only do 4 pre bed and 1 mid afternoon. 5 prebed and I was a little groggy. Awesome sleep and dreams!
 
For me:
- deeper sleep
- more vivid/memorable dreams
- improved morning "mood" (ability/motivation to get out of bed at the first alarm ha)
- noticeable decrease in soreness from workouts
- general mood boost (attributable to sleep improvement)

- can get groggy if taking on too short a nights sleep (<5hrs seems to be too little and i wake up groggy but that is to be expected at that sleep level and with something intended to increase the depth of sleep... its aways harder to wake from a deep slumber vs a light nap)
 
I´m a secret fan of this.. like its ingredients, it helps me with
- better sleep
- improved night recovery
- decrease soreness

specially when i dieting down... it helped a lot in the past

once i´m done with mk. will be using this again

smooth, although had to reduce the dose to 20mg ED instead of 25-30mg due to food cravings.

started with mk on its own, 10-20mg, than mixed with chimera (lgd+osta+mk)

sleep is good, recovery great, some body parts improved (look more rounded and pronounced, only with mk this was good, but eventually with chimera made it even more stronger look)
 
I've seen a reveiw or two on strong pointing out increase in quality of sleep is very present. Seems like that is consistent with other feedback as well.
 
Are any of the ingredients supposed to have an effect on hormone levels? Or just indirectly due the deeper sleep?

This is completely non hormonal and natural. Any hormonal effects would be as you stated a bi product of other improved measures

no, but for legal reasons (since it has not been formally tested for longer periods of time in a legit controlled experiement) we always recommend to cycle (same as any other company/product)
