Quick question so I got 2 bottles of these and been taking 4 caps a day. The thing is I eat like 4 meals or so a day with over 100 grams of carbs; I take this with my post workout meal and then lunch 2 caps each but none for dinner. Has anyone taken 6-8 caps of this? Cause I do consume like 400-500 grams of carbs daily.

realistically you would be fine to take with all 3 meals, however I would say that if you were to skip one, I would opt to skip the post-workout dose since your body is already in a very primed state to absorb and utilize those carbs. In your case I would dose with lunch and dinner and let your body take care of the post workout window.

6 is the most i did for the month .. split into 3 meals

and dont see an issue .. assuming your meals are spread out.

You can skip the dosage that is the first meal post workout.

You can dose higher, but you'll burn through the caps pretty fast

I could definitely go for a KFC biscuit and some fried chicken!

I don't think you'd need to up the dose.

You'd have to keep in mind why you are dosing or why you'd want to dose higher.

Just because you eat 100g+ of CHO doesn't mean you need a GDA before it. Even when I am eating close to 600g I'll stick 2 caps prior to first and last meal

You actually don’t want to take a GDA around your workout. I find that if I take my Glycophase just before breakfast I have great pumps and fullness for gym time. I would avoid at least an hour before or after workout
