Interesting, thanks guys. I haven't noticed correlation with GI issues and monohydrate but am generally prone to bloating so will try some of Steve's HCl and see what happens.

Everyone did a good job of answering (thank you all) and its basically no need to load, no bloating for fluid retention, and its great for those of us who have stomach upset/GI distress with monohydrate.

I hold so much fluid retention when I take monohydrate that I'm miserable - it makes me feel like I swallowed a dang Volkswagen haha.

I would say within a month but I'm not 100% sure as there are so many things in process at the moment; but its a priority to us and to me because I take it personally and kinda scared I'll wind up starting to slap people if I run out lol.
