SNS - 12 Weeks of New Releases - Plus Other Exciting News!

I’ve been using for about 10 days. This kicked in a lot faster than I expected most notable so far has been a constant feeling of fullness and all day pump. There’s also been a very noticeable boost in libido. This is all very, very exciting to me as I did not expect it to kick in this fast And I tend to see a supplement like this to be something that will really shine overtime. I’m quite pleased to see it work this quickly.
Curious what you see at around 20 days. Wondering if it produces a significant noticeable recomp like Evomuse BMP does.

Does this increase hunger I tend to overeat and that can become a problem for me?

No one that's bought it early has mentioned an increase in appetite to me, and I can't think of any reason that there would be one.

We've had some good reports of people saying they're noticing that they're getting leaner without even trying to.

Does basis have a negative interaction with nicotene similar to other bmp products?

I wrote out an answer to this a long time ago when someone asked me about nicotine and bone morphogenetic proteins and I wish I could find it, but the search function isn't being agreeable.

Basically, nicotine is thought to interfere with bone formation and BMPs.

Think about it like this though - if you're a nicotine user, then its already decreasing your natural BMP levels.

So if you put a nicotine user and a non-nicotine user side by side, the theory would be that the nicotine user would have lower natural bmp levels than the non-nicotine user.

That doesn't mean that the nicotine user cannot increase their bmp levels, as much as it means that in theory, they would have a lower starting point to begin with.

This example here is not an actual percentage, its just for sake of example - let's say that the non-nicotine user experiences a 30% increase in BMP levels and the nicotine user experiences a 20% increase, that's still 20% more than you had before.

I hope that makes sense.

If the ingredients are lined up in order from the largest mg to smallest, I’m assuming that the empty box in between Senactiv and Apigenin is left out for salidropure 🧐

Another thing about BASIS worth mentioning is the joint support. Definitely the BMP aspect of this formula imo. After I train legs I usually need to focus on one knee for recovery. I use a knee sleeve a few hours a day to speed that up. Past two weeks I have neglected that. I actually forgot... because my knees feel so GOOD. Now I feel more comfortable increasing the frequency of my leg training.

Pretty cool feature for this over the hill dude.

Thx @sns8778 for this amazing product 😁

Still dealing with recovery and swelling from acl and meniscus surgery I had last May, I like the sound of any added joint support.

It’s the real deal. GRANTED I’m taking way too many new products but I feel better and I’m lifting heavier than I have in many years. Even with a totally f’d up arthritic elbow that should have me sidelined forever according to docs.

I have sketchy knees (don’t want to get imaging) and a bone on bone elbow so I can definitely relate.

Hey Steve have you decided on when you will launch the multivitamin?

I'm thinking most likely not this coming week but the next.

Anyone that wants to purchase it early is welcome to message me.

Ok question, C3G XT, is there any positive interactions stacking this with BASIS? Loving the C3G so far.

Yes, BASIS is great for recomp and I would expect that C3G XT and BASIS would work very well together.

@sns8778 when is projected release date for basis? Wondering if it will be ready for when I start maintenance the second week of May

Yes, it will be available by then. We're doing the ingredient reveal countdown on social media now, and it will be released within the next week or so. I do expect that there's a good chance it will sell out.

Appreciate the quick response. Ill be certain to pick some up as you as it goes up. Might push maintenance for 12 weeks; run basis and alpha one should be a killer combo during that time.

Basis seems like its going to be an improved BMP. Hope its not as estrogenic

There will be no estrogenic ingredients in BASIS.

There are no estrogenic ingredients in BASIS.

I had replied, then thought about it, and decided to expand on my answer for you &/or anyone else that reads the post and wonders about the context that you're referring to.

BASIS - Specifically Formulated to Contain No Estrogen Increasing Ingredients
That was a very important part of the formulation process for BASIS and the ingredient selection and vetting process - because as you likely know from posting that, that some ingredients that increase bone morphogenetic proteins do have estrogenic properties.

That can get very confusing for some people to read and understand because some ingredients may have an effect on a certain receptor site that sounds like it would be estrogen related and isn't, but then some ingredients that can have an effect on bone morphogenetic proteins are ingredients that may cause increases in estrogen levels in some people.

That was something that we were very conscious of when formulating BASIS.

There are no ingredients in BASIS that will increase estrogen levels.

Possible Mild AI Properties in Males that Struggle with Estrogen Dominance:
There are some ingredients in BASIS that may have mild AI properties in males with estrogen dominance, which would be a very good thing.

These properties are so mild, that I wouldn't expect there to be much, if any noticeable AI effect on males that do not have issues with estrogen dominance.

I don't know that the mild AI effects will be pronounced enough to be very noticeable for men that do have issues with estrogen dominance; we aren't even mentioning it in the write up, as I would think of it as more of a nice surprise bonus for anyone that it helps with that.

Estrogen Dominance:
Estrogen dominance is a condition that is different than what many people on AM think of when they think of excess estrogen, as estrogen dominance is not related to steroid use.

For anyone reading that doesn't know what estrogen dominance is:
  • Estrogen dominance is a condition where the body produces too much estrogen relative to testosterone, which can lead to various health issues in men.
  • In men, estrogen dominance can be caused by various factors, the most common ones being obesity, aging, medications, liver issues, &/or stress.
    • Obesity: Estrogen dominance is more likely in overweight/obese males because excess body fat can lead to increased estrogen production through a process called aromatization where fat cells cause there to be an abundance of estrogen instead of testosterone.
    • Aging: Testosterone levels naturally decline with age, while estrogen levels remain relatively stable.
    • Liver Issues: The liver helps metabolize estrogen, so liver issues can lead to increased estrogen levels. Approximately 42% of people in the US have non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).
    • Stress: Chronic stress can lead to increased cortisol levels, which can negatively impact testosterone and progesterone levels, potentially contributing to estrogen dominance.
Men that have issues with estrogen dominance have to be very careful about taking any ingredients that may increase estrogen levels.

BASIS will not increase estrogen levels and may help slightly reduce estrogen levels in men with estrogen dominance.

Important note: The prevalence of estrogen dominance in the US continues to increase, especially with the obesity epidemic and high percentage of people that have non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in the US. As popular as Inhibit-E is with the bodybuilding and fitness crowd, it is very popular and useful for people with NAFLD and estrogen dominance.

---------------------------------

So basically, bodybuilders, athletes, and fitness enthusiasts don't have to worry about anything in BASIS increasing estrogen levels at all because it is designed to be able to be taken even by men that are estrogen sensitive.

That’s a very informative post!
Thank you Steve.
Could we know what those estrogenic ingredients are without correlating it to any specific supplement, just so we can avoid the particular ingredients perhaps?

Like in general? I feel that could make the list exhaustive.

I don't want to single anything out, especially because people online tend to get ridiculous with how they worry about certain things and hormone levels and because I don't want it to turn into feeling targetted, but there is definitely info out there if you just research various ingredients.
No I meant the bmp related ingredients that were left out for this specific formula..
But yeah you’re right.

Ya I'd rather not put Steve in a bind specifically, but I think it wouldn't be too hard to search up some research on some.

Sorry not trying to be too annoying, I don't want you to take it the wrong way.

Yeah it is a sensitive thing…
And no I didn’t take it the wrong way, I appreciate your response.

Question to everyone:

The BASIS writeup is massive because it is super in depth.

Do you prefer that when posting a write up, I fit as much as AM will allow into one post or do a different post by section - like one post for the introduction, another post explaining the benefits, another one for the concepts, and then another for each ingredient?

I want to make it as easy to read for anyone that wants to read it all as possible.

Thank you.

I wanted to let you know that I'm not ignoring your question.

I do think that it is relevant information, I'm just trying to think about how I can discuss it without it seeming like I'm being negative towards other products.

Break it down barney style I don't mind reading it all.

Sectional sounds good to me. Thanks, Steve.

Both sound good, which ever is easier, you could always make 1 post and break it down into sections within the post, like section 1 Benefits, section 2 concepts etc. I feel like making multiple posts makes it harder, but I also have never done one, so I don’t know.

it doesnt matter to me .. i love reading the writeups with how much you put into it

edit
but i will say sectional would be prolly better .. sometimes easy to pick up where you left off .. or easier for you to point out like "hey checkout post #2 or post#3 i touched on that*
instead of scrolling through one post

It's really not much difference.

If doing one with multiple posts, its just a matter of figuring out how many posts you need to be able to complete it all and then reserve that number of posts and go back and fill them in.

I've done write ups both ways in the past, so was just curious which way people found it easier to read.

Some people enjoy in depth write ups and learning, and then other people complain about the length of them - but then a lot of times are ironically the same people that will complain that they don't understand how somethings works.

As a person who enjoys the long posts with the full ingredient breakdowns and such... unless I catch the thread as soon as you post it and see the 'reserved' posts after it, I never really notice how many posts you made for all of it. Kinda just blends into 1 big post when scrolling haha
