flat BB bench (r/p)
standing BB shoulder press (r/p)
lying tricep extension (r/p to 28 reps)
D-grip cable pulldowns (r/p)
rack BB deads (8 + 10 on the drop)
felt pretty decent thruout -- in fact, pretty strong actually..
this, despite feeling like death last night as I was coming down with something, had a fever of 100.7 (and I run cold anyway, in 97s, so like anything over 98 is a fever for me) ... went to bed dreading waking up this morning; got up to piss 3x during the night, body was screaming at me, head was throbbing..
when I awoke, felt almost normal
whatever that was, glad it was only a blip on the radar
