SNAGged and TORN..No More! (The Saga Continues)

Life won't be the same without a Steve log. Rest hard and then let's hit the iron hard next week brother!!

I will also try to get some final reviews up of some of the products I used thruout, including TNA (yes Jacob - BRING IT BACK!)..

I second this motion and raise you another two bottles! TNA is some great stuff, loving what it is doing for me on this cut.

thx all.. :)

haven't gotten to pics yet, will do either later today or tomorrow..wife went shopping early this morning, don't know when she'll be back.

as a special bonus tho, check this out..

I'll be posting a video on one of my favorite pet exercises. this is a first for me, as I don't post training vids for my own personal reasons.
however, I was inspired by one of our sponsored strong men athletes..a killer exercise that requires no weight equipment whatsoever.

keep ya'll in suspense till then. :p

I like the sound of it Snag. I love bodyweight exercises.

LOL, your cadets will hate you. :suspect:

one tip - don't have them start out with the second stance I took in that vid..facing forward and looking up is an advanced stance, don't want your guys getting any neck injuries. :censored:

ask and you shall receive.. ;)

enjoy.

Man I love these, got into them during Kung Fu and do them every once in a while for variation. I like to see how little my feet can touch the wall while performing them.
