Snagency's INHIBITing adipose & getting Seriously Sliced with the SNS Stack!

Yeah, I tried a sample of Armageddon a few weeks ago; nasty sides, IMO. I can't stand heavy stimulants. Ephedrine doesn't even make me feel horrible, so I'll stick with that and Y-RD.
Although, if you get a chance to try JP8, go for it. Very clean energy!

Where are you holding the most amount of water? When I ran TTA, it hit me in my mid-section. After about 3 days off of it, I was more lean in that area than before.

Never tried, thanx for the tip. I'm waiting till the end of the log to run ZAP again, love that stuff.

EXACTLY, bigtime in the lower abs, also in my lower chest area. I'm not too worried about it at this point, as long as it's excreted after TTA usage. It's just a mind-game kinda thing when it's hanging on ya, as I'm sure you understand. All I really care about is the end result..

Ill be the kitchen sink in your kitchen

haha

<< But look at my new avi :trout:

Saw that.. okay, you're off the hook bro..

Didn't have to hit me in the head with some fish tho. I don't even like trout.

I was hitting you in the head :D

Dood snag I totally saw your pic in a recreate ad in the vitamin shoppe magizine. I cant believe you had the mullet! Im just playen :stick: Youve seriously put on some mass since those pics man!

Thanks bro. Yeah I was a fat slob in that pic, shows what a couple months eating whatever & drinking a bit will do to ya, cuz I was pretty dialed in last summer before I went off on a tangent. I actually lost a bit of muscle from dieting too hard during an 11-week prep for a show, went from 201 in that pic to 172 show day during that time..

haha thats not snag!....tats dont match up

Bahahaha.. not far off tho, but I don't think my gut ever got that big. Dude looks like he's got some traps on him tho don't he?

Day 24 Hit shoulders & tri's this morning early, got my grub on at Red Lobster couple hours ago. Went with the endless shrimp (chowed down on 6 servings), crab-stuffed 'shrooms (OMG were these the bomb), ended up eating my wife's tilapia meal cuz she didn't like it.. oh, and a couple servings of broccoli and a salad as well. I let my wife kill the bread, which was falling-apart-hot fresh out the oven, and focused on getting my fat craving filled. And now.. of course I'm bloated as hell, don't wanna move. Ahh, it was fun while it lasted!

Happy Birthday Homey! ;)

Always liked Priest the best. He was so "tell it like it is"

I met him at the Iron Man Pro/L.A. Fitness Expo last year. I just accidentally stumbled on to him. I was walking around looking at the booths, then BAM, Lee Priest standing in front of me. I shook his hand and kicked my own arse for not having a camera. Of all the pro's I saw that day, Priest was the one i was most excited about.

But the physique I was most impressed by, was pre-IFBB Pro, Brandon Curry. He looked like a HOUSE as Bob Cicherello would say.

Holy sh!t! I knew I had seen that pic before.. never woulda guessed that was Priest tho..

Haha, good one Vol! Dig it!

Holy ish! Look at young priest lats!!

He is one of the only bb's that can get that fat and then still trim down to what he needs to in time.

James Flex Lewis' calves looked like tumors to me.

Day 25 Off day. Hated to take the day off following an excess caloric day, but just no time for workout this morning..

Off topic: I realized a life-long goal of mine the other day. My Chrysler LHS came down with multiple problems all at once (shock/strut issues, AC compressor blew the other day, trainy was showing signs of going out), so it was time for a new car. Was under the gun a bit too, as I'm doing some serious job travel here starting next week. So.. went car shopping Thursday, found me a great deal on a BMW 740iL. This is a car (along with the big Lexus or Acura sedans) that I have always wanted to own; can't believe I've finally got one! What a way to ring in my 37th year!!! :head:

Happy Birthday, Snag!

Ahaaha.. who says this isn't my mid-life crisis car! :D

Day 26 Man, everybody wanted to celebrate my birthday with me this year.. which led to some dietary distress. Pounded some brews with my uncle last night (about 6 - I rarely drink, and it's usually vodka when I do, don't remember the last time I had beer actually), then I was hungry and the wife & kids wanted Bandido's so I ate a Surf & Turf (shrimp & steak fajitas), and then I got a craving for Cella's chocolate covered cherries (this is my weakness as far as sugar garbage goes), so I demolished a box of those suckers..
And this morning my mom wanted to do a brunch-type celebration for me, so I chowed on some bluberry pancakes w/ maple syrup, sausage links, fried potato cakes, eggs, strawberries and couple glasses of o.j. ..
Well, that's the end of that, time to get back on track. I know, I know - a bit more cheating than I had planned, but what the hell..

Prior to brunch this morning I managed to get in some quad/calf work, pressed for time again so I ran non-stop, hi-rep, tri-set scheme for 20 minutes of leg extensions, narrow-stance ATG squats and standing calf raises. I'll have time tomorrow morning to nail my chest decently..

:food: Looks like some worthwhile cheat meals there.

Oh for sure, fun as hell! The palate was well pleased with the w/e excursion.. can't say the same about my physique! Yesterday I was pretty blown up, veined out, but this morning I was retaining water bigtime (gee, go figure..)..

Day 27 Oh yeah, nailed the chest today! Strength was just off the chain, went up to 275 on my incline bb bench with no shoulder stress, manhandled the 115's for my db flats after that. I haven't seen my chest this inflated since earlier this summer, circa my avi pic to the left. Also did some decline db presses and ab work. Just a great session. Wish my wife was here this morning to take a pic..

On the bodyweight side of things, woke this morning at 194.0 - my w/e splurge definitely apparent. Planning on trimming back the carbs/fats for 2-3 days to rectify things, keeping carb intake limited to grapefruit & fibrous veggies.

Day 28 Was planned 30-minute cardio day today.. I wanted to check out the new "Perfect Pull-Up" handles that my wife got me for my b-day present, so I started playing with these a bit. I installed a regular pull-up bar in my garage ceiling last summer, but I thought the handles on this would be nice to give me different angles to work with. Sooo.. what was supposed to be just checking it out turned into 50 pull-up session (I liked the new angle obviously), and since my bi's had a pump & some veins going on I figured wth, did some bicep/forearm work. Never did get around to the cardio, ahaaa. No worries; unless I'm in contest mode I look at cardio as a bonus, def. not mandatory. Besides, got some marathon tennis planned for Thursday..

One day with pulling carbs back seems to have really gotten me back on track. Filling out some more, leaning out at same time, fun stuff.

Very cool. I would love to have me one of those.

That's a kinky set up Snag, I didn't know you were so freaky :whip:

I play ALL the angles brother! :woohoo: :pose:

Yeah Lungz, I've always been a huge fan of working at differrent angles, since I'm limited in the equipment I've got to work with. Gotsta continually get creative - I refuse to join a gym/club!

I absol-fukking-utely HATE my GOLD's Gym! The gym I use on POST is nice, very nice... but I'm only there 3 days a week. And that's a good 30 minute drive from my house.

Yep, the driving.. waiting on equipment.. constantly getting bombarded by questions/morons - in the middle of sets even!! I enjoy my solitude, blasting my tunes, screaming at the top of my lungz (haha) if I need to.. my neighbors probably hate me.. nah, they're actually pretty cool about it. They get me back by hitting me up whenever they need something moved. Just last week my neighbor across the street was rearranging her house, wanted to surprise her husband I guess who was gone for the week, she comes over and gets my wife to have me help her move her entertainment center. Always some dues to pay somewhere I guess..
