I'm tightening up bigtime, abs are popping out - this next update pic is gonna be on! At the same time however, I am noticing slight water retention in certain places. Kinda hard to gauge whether this is still from the softness I was carrying around prior to hitting this, or if it's from the TTA. Water retention is a noted side from TTA use, and I'd probably lean to this being the cause. Still ecstatic with the overall progress of the stack however.

Day 13

Had to adjust the workout on the fly today, my left knee was hurting from yesterday's tennis action. Don't know if I'm unconsciously favoring that leg to keep stress off the right calf or what, but it was tender as hell, so I did a gay workout of biceps, forearms & abs. Got a great pump in the bi's, but I say gay cuz I can't remember the last time I just did bi's/forearms by themselves (probably back when I was a newbie). Tri's were not ready to be hit again yet, neither was anything else. Since I'm not in any set routine tho it's no big deal, still training instinctively. I'll try to get my legs in tomorrow for sure. Standing wide-grip bb curls, preacher EZ-bars, reverse bb, finger curls, db hammers, 6 sets abs were the order of the day. Weight at 190.2 upon waking.

I added a 4th dose of TTA prior to last meal of day starting yesterday, will continue this thruout. Sleep was terrible again last night, 5 hrs., fitful ones.
 
Dunno. I've never been a solid sleeper, but this is a little extreme even for me. Could be synephrine overload.

Have you tried taking Diphenhydramine? That always helps me get through a sleeping rut. Take it for a few nights and then stop and I'm usually back to normal. Stressing over not sleeping just makes it even worse, so I've found it's better to drug yourself up a couple nights rather than keep worrying about it and get less and less sleep. I just buy the "Sleep Aid Liquicaps" at Wal Mart. Generic brand.
 
I feel ya on the bad sleep Snag. Ive struggled with slight insomnia for years. But there are a lot of good products out there that will help you get to sleep and you dont have to take it everyday - only when you need it.

How wide do you go on wide grip bb curls?
 
Thanks for all the suggestions fellas. Diphenhydramine looks interesting. The wife has some Tylenol PM she uses periodically, I forgot all about that, so I'll try that tonight. PowerFULL was helping me get some good sleep till I started the synephrine, not working now, need to cycle off that anyway.
 
Looks like I did I was doing it too wide. I was putting my middle finger on the lines. It seemed awkward. Im gonna try it your way next bi workout.

I USED to use Tylenol PM, but the problem with that is the unecessary Acetaminophen. That stuff is stressful on the liver if taken frequently. A couple years back when I was on Test/Tren I took Tylenol PM because I had such bad insomnia from the Tren...About three weeks of that and I had some bad looking urine. Not good.
 
Snagency's Cooking Thread, Part II..

Went shopping this morning, saw some good looking tenderloin filet, had to have some (that thing just fell apart in my mouth).. 12 oz. worth, with a side salad, olive oil vinaigrette dressing (usually have romaine & raddichio, but they were out so had to pick up iceburg & romaine, bleh). Got some mean chili in store for tonight, with banana & jalepeno peppers, 96% lean beef & some dark kidney beans..

Not a good pic, since I tried to fit the salad in..

Yes, this is true, I'd thought of that, but since I never use it I figure it'd be okay in limited quantity.

Can't go wrong with a steak man. Used to be a saying back in the day (even before "my day".. which was a long time ago dude) for getting your grow on: 3 steaks & 3 shakes a day. Makes sense to me.

Have you tried ZMA before? I had a three month bout with insomnia a year ago and tried everything (besides prescription) and finally tried ZMA and BAM I was cured brother! I haven't slept a night without it since. BTW, I'm going to be cooking me up some shrimp pretty soon :food: thanks for the recipe:thumbsup:

Been awhile since I've used ZMA, and I do recall it having a subtle effect on my sleep patterns. Thanx for the tip, that's an easy add there, will scope it out.. Glad I could inspire on the shrimp!

As for last night, tried some "homeopathic therapy" (ancient Chinese secret..) and this did the trick, slept awesome, 6.5 hrs. uninterupted, got up for a bit and caught another 2 hrs. after that. Unheard of for me, but I'll take it!

Day 14 The knee felt a lot better this morning, but when I did my first warm-up set of squats there was immediate tenderness, so I adjusted on the fly again. Managed a couple sets of very light sumo-style squats, got some heavy leg extensions in (this didn't bother me), then hammered out some pulley work (front kicks; side sweeps both in & out) before finishing up with leg curls. Followed with 12 minutes steady-state on the glider, 12 minutes biking on flat ground. The glider has been great due to not stressing the calf, and added bonus today was it's low-impact on the knee as well. Intentionally avoided calf work this day, will hit them later in week.

Still noticing water retention, especially in my pecs. Taking the long view here tho, as this is only temporary. Everything else progressing nicely..
 
good you got some good sleep mah friend. sucks your knee is givn ya probs but I have a feeling your on your way getting those Squats up :D. Keep Priestn it bud
 
Day 15 Off day. Said I'd post a pic at 1/2 way point, so here it is. Wife was too lazy to get outta her chair, so we got a unique angle going on..

Only thing to note negatively is the water retention, seems to have kicked up a bit recently.

Thanks all around fellas. This stuff's kinda weird - yesterday I felt full & huge as hell, hard & all veined out, and you could see my abs clearly. This morning I feel watery & bloated, my abs are hiding and you can just see the water on me. No doubt I'm leaning up, but it's just a bit strange..
 
You should whip up a dish using Code Red like how the French cook with wine. I'm just kidding.

Hmm.. that might be a stretch, but a good mix for a shake is using Code Red, Beverly Int. Ultra Size protein, a TBS or 2 of heavy whipping cream, and ice cubes in a blender. Tasty! (for a root beer float kinda taste, just substitute some diet Barq's or A&W root beer for the Code Red!)
 
Yep. It's not too bad. I'm the opposite of Snag, though. I like the original diet MD better. the MDCR tastes too much like a Shirley Temple.

Yeah, the halfway mark came quick. Time to start tweaking the diet a bit, bump up the daily carb intake, slight lowering of protein, doing away with carb-up meals. Also, starting yesterday I dropped back to 3 TTA dosings/day. EDIT: should've mentioned fat intake gets reduced as well.

Well hell, if nothing else came from this log, at least Pmiller now knows there is diet Code Red! :D Haha, and yeah it is hard to find, not all stores like to carry the diet version. Same thing with Vault Zero (love that stuff too), tough to find.

I'm also finding this! Very strange i know it's also a little compounded that i'm using Napalm, last night i had to pee like 8 times and i swear i dropped 8lbs of water and had veins pokin out, this morning i look watery and bloated, but hey if it all comes out at the end it's all good. It does mess with your head though.

You might have better luck going to a regular grocer & asking the manager to bring some in. I've never seen it at Walmart. They like to push their own private label sodas..

Day 16 Cardio. 20 minutes HIIT, 12 minutes steady state. Had planned on hitting back today but decided upon cardio instead. Back work tomorrow. Just a notation here that I dropped the PowerFULL from supp regime, time to cycle off.
CHAPS reminded me of this: weight at 192.0 upon waking - confirmation to me of added waterweight..

I actually used Napalm ED for a while, and now mainly just use it on cardio days, but I definitely sweat more where I apply it. I still have a real stubborn layer of fat that I can't get rid of, even after six weeks of using Napalm I didn't really see a huge difference.

I applied a little bit of lineament to my upper body yesterday before my workout and I ended up sweating like crazy and lost some of the bloat where I applied it.

Not tried Primaforce's, but thought about running a diuretic. Again tho, want to see all aspects of the stack's attributes in isolated fashion. If the water is still hanging around days after I end the cycle, then for sure I'll be dialing something up.
