You can superset the shrugs with abs...I think the main thing we(at least I) am saying is don't prioritize them.

I personally wouldn't set a weight at rack pulls. Closer to the knee I can go higher than max, small height off the ground it's harder than off the floor(for me personally at least). Go with the flow.

135x54. Oly squats, divebomb and rebound. Lost count. Took vid, uploaded to the bros, they can attest. I used to do some crazy repping. 225x26, 275x15, 295x13

I used to do that once a month for a random compound movement back in the day. We didn't know what GVT was, we just called it a "challenge day".

Have to get conditioning up first... Not being able to get 10 reps Bc I can't breathe it's crazy. But I'm working on it.

Diet is also better. Idk if it's placebo but I feel better too.

Y'all are lucky. My books are running me $700 with no current versions on torrents. Gotta get current versions to do the problems out of the book. Would have been well over $1000 if I went through the school
 


Crazy fast paced workout. Did leg raises. After 4th set, I got up, and it like locked on me. It hurt bad, and I couldnt stand up straight for a minute.


That ended my workout... That sucked balls
