I'm just bragging about cheap meat. Do what you must to get calories. But Ketchup? Really? Please refer to Rule 12 of that diet link I posted!! KC Masterpice Gates Sweet Baby Rays Those are the only acceptable store bought ones. If you wish, I have good BBQ resources to have it shipped from Kansas City!!

That's beautiful man

Hey that's why I get feedback from you guys. Help me out and give me knowledge.

Don't ruin steaks, study, and stop learning sports from skip bayless. You'll be okay lol

Smoker if you say you like your steaks well done I'm unsubbing...

Not well done per say, but not bloody. I was hospitalized for food poisoning when I was younger, so now I'm a little paranoid

I've been hospitalized for food poisoning too.

Eat my steak rare.

Only the outside of a steak needs to be cooked to be safe from food poisoning.

Smoker, I'm gonna lay some knowledge on you:

The key to a good steak is the temp of the grill. It should be ~500 degrees. I had a restaurant for a while, I know these things.

The steak should be cooked long enough to put a little bit of a crust on the outside, and the inside should be red w juices flowing.

If you can do this, chicks will line up in the street naked waiting for you. Ok, maybe not but they'll spend some time w you. You can thank me in 10 years...

Wow. Good shyt, napalm! Not only an ageless wonder, but a meathead foodie. We're so blessed.

Thanks napalm! I never even really paid attention to the temp on the grill. Just cooked it for awhile, cut it open to see what it looks like, and go from there.

I shall grill and eat steak according you guys Sunday

Head is pounding but **** it, time to dead. " I love the snatch.." - rob112

Lol little miss quote but close.

My sinus's have been all ****ed up already this season.

Squats with rob112.

155x5
185x5
Did 225 to try and get it right. No vid, but rob watch and said it was parallel. So that's an improvement over the other weeks 225.
Did some ssb.
135x3
185x1. It's a lot harder for me with the ssb. Used nose tork for the 1st time.... God damn. I cried and it hit me hard. But it was pretty cool.

Bench tomorrow. Shoulder and bicep bothering me. Not sure if I will follow program on it, well see how I feel. Might have to stay light and just get the blood flowing

Foles played a good game. I still don't think he takes enough chances down field. But I give him credit; however his two performances have been against winless teams. If he plays against the cowboys, that should be a better game to judge

Bench

135 10 reps 3 sets

Swiss bar 115 8 reps 3 sets

Took it very light. Just be cautious, I can't afford a setback. Plus I'm really focusing on form and utilizing legs, if it's not good at 135, it sure as hell won't be at 225.

Rear delts 70 11 reps 4 sets

Face pulls 50 8 reps 5 sets
And a total of 70 external rotations on the day

Did 10 lb preacher curls to get some blood flowing in my bicep.

80 lb tricep push downs 3 sets 10 reps.

Deadlift wed

Yesterday I rolled out my bicep with a stick and at night I took a baseball to it. Very painful, but I kept going to loosen the ****er up. It was so tight i couldnt even flex it. I iced it afterwards and today it was a little better.

Not really sure why this injury reflaired since I don't do much direct bicep work. I guess it would be from a big increase in rowing.

I also did a eider bench grip so to have less shoulder rotation.

I get tendinitis issue when I neglect direct bicep work.

Really? I had this issue from April to late may/ early June. I stopped most direct work because I thought it was from too much direct work, and figured they would be worked enough doing back movements.
I have still done some, but nothing heavier than 25 and no more than a few sets

You do extra triceps work, right? Same principle applies to the biceps.

I don't do a lot.

Most rowing doesn't really stress the biceps that much. (I had a long argument with Rodja on here about it, I said it did hit the biceps, he proved me wrong).

But I quit doing direct work, started rowing more, and then got tendinitis issues. Kept rowing as much, increased bicep work, tendinitis issues vanished.

I just do a few sets of 10-15 every time I hit upper body. Or 1xF poundstone curl.

Oh ok I gotcha. I was under the impression that since I do some type of direct back movement 3-4 times a week, that the bicep would be worked enough.

I will do what you do and do them every upper workout.
Thanks for the input

Even just a few sets a week will help to stretch the fascia and that really is the most important aspect of it. It's kinda like unilateral leg movements that involve hip rotation; the most important aspect is stretching the fascia of the glute min/med.

Would you recommend a specific movement or just regular curls I guess you'd call em

Football analysts are blowing up foles so much its ridiculous. You'd think they'd know better

Foles did pretty good. Let's see how he plays Dallas

Eveyone keeps saying " he did better against the bucs than brees or Brady"... So what now were comparing nick foles with 2 of the top 3 qbs in the game who have won Super Bowls? Come on

He did and credit the coach a lot on that
