My go to for the large meal:

4 caps Defuse + 3 caps Slintensity + 600mg NaRALA

all 30 minutes out

Works like a charm

And I do take daily agmatine (500mg upon rising each morning and then extra any time I have my pre-workout, so generally 5 days out of the week).
