you guys will like this, no GI distress, and taken preworkout pumps amplified as if I was taking a pump product. Only on 30g of carbs too
 
I get much better quality of sleep and wake up feeling very hard and full. I cannot comment on fasted training however I couldnt imagine huge pumps or vascularity in a fasted state
 
What about for fasted training; have you guys tested this? Or pre bed?

I have not used it for fasted training, but I was fasted before the 30g of carbs if that makes sense. If i take this and don't eat something in an hour i feel like I have low blood sugar (standing up too fast and vision starts to fade, stars, etc)

I will try fasted on Tuesday for you. I would do tomorrow, but don't want to go into heavy leg work not knowing how it might affect me. I can try a serving pre bed on an empty stomach tonight for you and report back tomorrow.
 
Examples on dosage and carbs? Curious to know what the full serving holds in terms of carbs

Quality of sleep was better. It was a significant knock out difference, but definitely better. I only woke up twice to use the bathroom compared to my normal three times. I also felt better rested. I forgot to check on muscle fullness or anything with appearance, but I will dose pre bed again tonight.

I carb cycle and carb backload. I only have 2 starchy carbs meals a week that are not post workout, so those are the only times I would normally use a GDA. Unless I go for a cheat meal or refeed.

Similar to how I roll. I train fasted and carb back load as well. I also (when not on a cut) have a starchy carb cheat on a rest day (typically Sunday) but it's the last meal and is always followed by a solid fasted workout out Monday!

Sleep was better again. I had some odd dreams to say the least. I looked a little fuller upon wakening as well.
 
Tested prebed - no difference for myself in terms of quality of sleep. Been having a string of bad sleep though for the past month because of stress so take my experience with a grain of salt
 
Nothing compared to recompadrol. So interesting that you compared it to it.

Super excited to try it.

I agree that Recompadrol was the #1 by more than a long shot. Interested to try this when available, which coincidentally will be about when I finish up my final bottle of Recompadrol (NOT looking forward to that at all :/).
