Sleeping in compression gear?

Question is; is it safe or okay to sleep in a long sleeve virus compression shirt? I know the benefits may be debatable but I'm just curious if it would be safe to do?

Best during the day or TV night, clothes restrict you from a good night sleep, I have tried them, but found calve sleeves where the only ones I sleep in
