Sleeping good with I force Lights Out!(sponsored)

I took 2 caps last night and it really puts you in a deep sleep, didnt even hear my alarm.

Very good,I'm really enjoying the benefits of this myself.So I took 2 caps last night myself,I had a bit of trouble going to sleep.Betweend the wife and her friend doing karaoke and the 3 year old runnin around screening,it was hectic.So it did take me a while,I only got about 4 hours of sleep.But guess what!Yeah,you guessed it,woke up somehow feeling refreshed as can be,killed my workout today and then had to help some family move a house full of furniture.I had great energy all day and felt great until about an hour ago,the lack of sleep has sat in :( I will post today's workout results tomorrow morning along with another update!

Workout felt real good,had an awesome pump going.Everything seems to be on track so far.My sleep has been good,I had 2 caps last night and slept like a baby,I'm enjoying this product a lot.Nothing negative to say about it at all.Im really excited to see how its affects are once my ph really kicks in.Im confident it will deliver!

Ok,so had an awesome workout,didn't push the weight I was hoping for,felt a slight pull in left delt when doing warmup press.But felt really alpha in workout,also veins were really showing today!

Ok,so had a descent workout today.Didnt hit the weight I wanted bc I must have positioned the bar wrong on a set of squats and kinda pinched my traps,but I just did real slow and controlled.Overall good workout.

Calf raises,no machine so just rack 225 and hold it on shoulders and use a block.4 sets of 15.

Bent db rows:

Leg extensions:
180x10 for 4 sets

1 arm db row on bench:

Lunges with db:

I don't know what I'd call it,but I just stack 315 on bar and circle the bench with it on shoulders,about 10 steps each foot 4 times.

Like I said,not the best day,but felt real good and clean.Very controlled on everything.Blood pressure is good.Appetite is through the roof!I'm starting to enjoy the food I'm eating a lot mo than usual!I was seeing my abs through my wife beater in the mirror tho :) I'm really getting some good sleep at 2 caps a night,it doesn't matter how little or how much sleep I get I feel so refreshed when I wake up.I also feel my recovery may be a slight better,not positive but I did not get the sore I usually do from chest day.so far so good I force :)

Thanks it definitely has,I'm waiting to see what this does once I'm really turned on,as I usually start to have trouble sleeping while on!

Did some cardio and abs today,still getting great sleep.Everything seems to be going great with this product,recovery seems to be real good which I'm sure the rest doesn't hurt.I'll be doing chest tomorrow and will post an update!
 
Good sleep last night,2 caps is definitely all it takes for me.I woke up very angry this morning :) not sore at all any where.Got a chest/tris workout planned for today and will update later!

I would have to say it was a good workout,I started to let the weight get to my head as I kept wanting to let it down for more reps,it's took me longer to learn discipline than anything though.Great pump going on,actually started to hurt.I have not been feeling sore for sometime now,I think this lights out is helping in the recovery dep. more than one may realize!way to go I force :)

Had a nice pump,shoulder affected workout quite a bit,wasn't 100% focused,hence i am out of focus xt now I'm so ready for this to really kick in and take off,I can feel my body charging up.Just not all the way yet,we will all know when it hits tho,i am still getting great sleep,i was honestly concerned last night that i would not sleep well as i had some terrible back pumps,it hurt to even lie in the bed.But to no suprise i fell asleep before i realized it,and i woke up this morning with the same bad pumps.So i know lights out helped me be able to sleep bc i was hurting just lying on my back.
 
Last night was yet another great night of sleep.It was actually the first night I lied down and I think I felt it take over.I was watching funny videos with the wife and I remember saying I can't do this,I'm too tired.I wasn't that tired last night,so I am positive the lights out put me in sleep mode quick last night.im so happy with this product so far and it is something I am considering having in my stash,will determine that when it's all used though.Very happy with what I force did with lights out!
 
Had a real good shoulder/trap workout today.Felt super pumped,my delts and traps were screamin and had some insane veins goin on!Real clean feeling workout.Like I said before,I'm not feeling 100% on yet,but I'm starting to feel it come on mainly in workouts at this point,blood pressure is staying good,cycle assist seems to be doing its job for sure!

On the last set I set it down bc my wrist was a little uncomfortable,and when I went to put it on the rack I literally just grabbed the bar and hoisted it right up,no slinging it.Felt like it was 100 pounds,got me so pumped I wanted to bust another set,but it'll come in time.

4 set of 10 pull ups with 45 on waist!

Workout felt good,shoulders and traps are starting to look big in mirror.I know they haven't exploded,but if nothing else I know I'm mentally getting in there so I'm hoping this will kick in fully soon.Nothing negative to report at this point
 
Did not get a lot of sleep lat night.I do feel kinda sluggish,but not drowzy like from a substance feel,just tired like I know I needed more sleep.So many changes going on In my body right now,at least I can count n good sleep :) thanks I force!
 
Well,hate to say it but I missed my dose last night,but I will say as we all know that you don't realize how good something is helping until you don't have it,I actually slept for like 10 hours last night,I sleep in on Sunday's a bit.And I felt horrible still when waking,I was still tired feeling and sluggish.I will defiantly take it tonight!

I missed mine to. I couldn't stay asleep for anything. I need to put that in my log!

So had my 2 caps last night,not been feeling really tired when lying down.But as usual lights out delivers and I'm out b4 I know it.I am sleeping solid through the night,usually waking at about 4am thirsty and chugging half gallon water and I'm back out,still waking refreshed and recovery has been better,I know it has been sped up by this product!and the well rested feeling in the mornings is helping in my workouts as well,as I workout in the am.So no more dragging a** till I drink my pwo,I'm awake as soon as my feet hit the floor.ill throw up today's workout in a bit.

I couldn't drink that much in the middle of the night. I'd be up pissin until the morning lol
 
So took my usual 2 caps last night,was feeling pretty rough.All my sides from my cycle got intense last night,back pumps,headache,joint pain.I do have to say I was tired after taking it,lied down and fell asleep pretty good.but then the wife came to bed and started climbing on me and woke me up.Sides were in full effect at that point,had quite a bit of trouble falling back asleep.but once I did I slept through the rest of the morning,felt refreshed this morning as usual.actually woke up before alarms went off!

7 nights left at 2 caps a night!Which means I think I may have been a few short :( I always count my bottles when I open them,well at least when I pay but didn't on this as it was sponsored and knew I was running until empty!

Had a good nights sleep last night,I usually have a lot of trouble sleeping while on cycle,as the back pumps make it hard to lie on back,and shoulders always irritate me.i usually sleep on my side so it sucks with my shoulders,I know this is not helping the issues but I truly feel its making me relaxed enough I am not near as focused n them.I have been sleeping sound and just waking up for my mid morn snack and water chug!then Returning to enjoy more restful sleep.

Nope,still having heavy hardcore dreams,hardcore!wife says I'm talking like crazy too in my sleep.
 
Only 2 nights left :( I've really enjoyed this product since I got it.had a great nights sleep last night,got to sleep in till about 10 today bc my daughters outta school all week.also I am not 100% it's this product,but I have been in a good mood overall lately.Im usually kind of edgey and I'm a straight a** when on cycle,so I'm surprised I have been in a good mood as I have.

Slept good last night,slept in a bit late again today.Woke up with some itchy nips this morning,so not in the best mood,but it happens.Nothing outta control.Hate that this product is almost over,I have enjoyed it.I will really see how good it was once its gone I'm sure,as that's how it goes.I missed one night a bit back and it sucked,I've been spoiled!
