Sleep and Recovery

Apple juice, has a chemical compound that promotes lucid dreaming. When I am interested in my dream I always sleep better, more rem equals longer hgh cycle
 
Casein protein and then a sleep aid supp. Sometimes an gh otc supp. Tons of options out there tho. You can check out strong supplement shop.
 
Have you tried anything in the past?

If not, I would try the cheaper options like Melatonin, GABA, etc. If you need something more, then you can look into other supps.
 
Right before laying down, what are taking to improve sleep and recovery?

i would focus on getting into a nightly routine to help the body get used to sleep or getting ready for sleep. This will trump a supplement by far in getting ready for bed and getting into a deep sleep

-- Keep lights dim
-- turn down music
-- turn off your TV
-- Limit water before bed (so your not getting up to pee all the time)

i would opt for a whole food meal instead of a shake (may be a lot of liquid) and keep you up at night, not to mention the shake may interfere with things that contain ZMA in it for absorption and effectiveness ( i bet you already meet proper zinc/magnesium levels if you use a ZMA)

Try to do that first ^^^

Growth factor XT is a solid option. Works very well for sleep and recovery.

I also love ZMA and Picamilon pre bed if I want something a lil different.
 
Anybody tried Sleep Dreams? Think it's by 360 Cuts

I go between Alteril (OTC mix of GABA, 4mg melatonin and some L-theanine). When I'm out of that I use melatonin and Z3 (by AI I believe)
 
Like Bob said, all of that stuff is far more important.

I'm not taking anything specifically for sleep at the moment, but am dosing Strafe pre-bed along with 1 cap NaRALA and Abliderate Ammo.

I've used PowerFull, Somnidren, and a few others in the GH category before hand.

If I'm looking for something just for the best sleep and waking refreshed (not specifically targeting GH), Sleephoria does the trick for me. Have also used bulk GABA, too.
