Sleep aids

maybe i must try Sleephoria, im bit scary with sleep supps containing B6 vitamin, because make me wake up all night (atleast the one i tried along with melatonin)

We haven't had any feedback of Sleephoria keeping anyone awake. In fact quite the opposite.

Abyss unparalleled. Seems to help me relax greatly and then fall asleep. Anybody know if this is discontinued?
Also it's not a supplement mentioned on here but Alteril (not sure manufacturer) works wonders to keep me asleep, feel rested, & not groggy the next day.

I don't think it is discontinued. NP has it in stock. I know Nimbus is having some issues currently because of flooding where they are based, but I don't think it is discontinued by any means. Great product.

I've been on Sleephoria for 2 weeks now. It's good stuff but I'm still not sure what the most effective dosing is. Sometimes 1 cap does it for me...sometimes 2 caps do it for me.

A lot of that is going to be user dependent. If you're really wired you may go with two, if not go with one. Obviously going with one lengthens the quantity of days you get.

Our main thing with Sleephoria is we didn't want something that knocked people out and then made them wake up groggy. It's not super strong in the knockout department, but strong enough to get the job done and have you waking up refreshed.

Don't get me wrong, I love the product. I just can't decide which dosing is better (because if I can just use 1 cap only, the bottle will basically last me forever)

I can take 1 capsule and be fine, fiance takes two nightly (she has a lot more sleep issues than me) and I know some people take 3. It's going to be user dependent. Glad you like it. It's pretty cheap at 19 bucks for 60 capsules so either way it can last quite a while and be economical.

If you feel you have proper sleep hygiene after reading some of the things to do during the day and pre-bed that some of the other members here have pointed out, valerian is probably my favorite single ingredient for sleep. Although I haven't tried some of the more popular products (Sleephoria, Abyss Unparalleled, etc.), Oneiromancer is the best sleep product I have ever tried and the dreams are awesome. It's definitely worth giving a try.

If no one has mentioned this already I would be shocked but I would say a heavy dose of masturbation takes care of the job pretty well (if BJs are not available).

ARNOLD iron dream from mp must be one of the worst mixing powder supplements I have ever tried always left with what looks like the contents of the bottom of a budgies cage and the budgies cage would probably taste better.

Please don't flame as I haven't read the whole thread but...anybody tried Alteril? Can't sleep thru the night without it. Have some Nimbus Abyss saved up, as well as Z3. Thoughts? Experiences?

Nimbus Abyss is phenomenal. Look into SNS Growth Factor XT as well

first I have ever heard anything like this, srs...you are quite the anomaly
our mass feedback details nothing but positives, no one has ever said what you do here
odd that you would list phenibut as worthwhile, but claim this about G8 when we have healthy dose of phenibut included..
sorry about your luck, but thanks for your feedback

Make that 2 now...

I have literally tried about a dozen of the top sleep supps and found that each one has their own merits and characteristics. If you want to be knocked completely out for about 4-5 hours, I use Iforce Lights Out. I am using Infinite Labs Cyclo Rem now because of the micro-scoops and cost per serving. Its literally lasted me for a couple months and works well. Have used AI Sports 3Z, its decent.

Arnold Iron dream was not that great for me since its flavored it gives you unwanted sugar and calories and will only last a month. Sleep supps have been the biggest contributor to my progress in the last year and I cant do without them since I have trouble sleeping. Now I get up at 5am and I am ready to go. I suggest trying about 4 or 5 different supps and see which one works for you. I dont take them on the weekends, helps to keep from getting to used to them.

Not claiming it's a fantastic product or anything, particularly when compared to a lot of the options discussed here, but let's not go overboard with the indictment.

I got like four tubs of ressurect p.m. from everyone's favorite retailer for like 30 dollars I've slept great for months now, got a couple months left!

It says 300mcg 2-bromomelatonin in Sleephoria. I don't react well to melatonin (I feel groggy in the morning and don't want to get out of bed).

How much does the 300mcg 2-bromomelatonin in Sleephoria equate to in normal melatonin?
