Sleep Aids and Havoc.

Is it Safe to Take Lunesta while on a Havoc Cycle? Or do You Guys think it would be Safer to go with an OTC Sleep Aid? I usually use Lunesta 3-4 Days per Week on Average. Appreciate the Help!
 
Since Lunesta is a prescription med, for liability reasons we have to recommend you speak with your physician before combining them.

However, I see no reason why they would interact at all.
