you guys are making me jealous here. I almost want to get a partial membership at my buddies powerlifting gym to hit his reverse hypers machine alone occasionally.



Dude looking fuckin' yoked. for some reason from one of the other videos or something else you posted I didn't realize you were so thick, I figured you were like 8ft tall to weigh 230.

The only time I get tempted to grab a pump pic some dudes hanging brain in the locker room and I don't need the grinder app going off.

8 ft is the end goal. I’m just shy of 2 feet away from it. But hard work and persistence will pay off!

I was watching an Eric Bugenhagen video on Youtube yesterday and I always love to scroll the comments. It’s natty cope city.

Like your physique is obviously hyper-muscular and very clearly enhanced to anyone in the know, but Eric just posted a video weighing 297lbs walking weight looking absolutely titanic as he maxed out every piece of commercial gym equipment where he was, and there are STILL kids arguing over whether he uses steroids 🤯
 
I know this isn't apples for apples but yesterday while I was deloading my buddy who's been lifting with me lately went in and squatted 425 cold and then maxed out the adductor machine, just cause. His only PED is about 10 too many servings of KFC per day lol. and he doesn't look strong at all. I easily out bench him. but that day I ripped 465 from the ground for a PR he pulled 440 beltless. he can't hold more than that but the potential this kid has blows my freaking mind if only he'd train.

and by cold I mean he did a single at 135, 225, 315, 425. then said he was good for the day. lol.

Ever since that guy started wwe (or whatever it’s called these days) he has just exploded! Looks like he eats dbol everyday now lol. That guys feats of strength were pretty damn incredible. Zercher madness!

YES! 10g per pint of grape juice. Must be Welch’s though for maximum anabolism. 2x per day and you’re set! Creatine loading? No. Creatine shipping.

Saw that earlier and it caused some serious introspection. I hadn't previously recognized how much my "useful aggression" had seeped into the rest of my life. It has a place, but it can easily become a burden as well. JM's positivity is a breath of fresh air.

Cone of shame does not really work for a 5 lb dog, so we got some onesies for premature babies 🤣

My wife bought a sweater for my dog, put it on her and she immediately jumped on the couch and sat down beside us to watch tv like a human. it cracked us up cause the dogs aren't allowed on the couch and it was totally out of character. she didn't wear the sweater for a week and stayed off the couch. we put it back on her as a test later and she jumped on the couch again cause... she's human again... lol

Btw I finally got to use those gym reapers in a real session and I really like them but I think I should have got the longer ones for that one more wrap of stability so I might give mine to my boy and order the next larger size for myself

Compared to my buddies old trashed Rogues I think I like his rogues more but they are longer, so requires a little more wrapping but the support seems better despite the gym reapers getting so tight my wrists are red and indented the next couple hours. Gotta wrip those suckers off fast after a set lol

Nice, I really like those. May have to put one in the cart to give my wife a hint for my next birthday. I think the way your progressing, that you will probably need new plates sooner rather than later.💪

Just used it and It is sweeeeet! I’ll have to play around as I can get way more leg drive on the upstroke without sliding or coming off the bench. Very welcomed addition!

Learned a valuable lesson first time shirting up. Don’t be a dummy, Put your wraps on before shirt. I frankensteined my wraps on with a shirt and it felt like I had done 100 lat raises and wrestled a bear. My shoulders were smoked before first rep so I lied there for a minute.

Felt good to get under the bar with a real shirt and get it moving and breaking in a bit. 505 is a respectable cherry popping for it in my book. I may consider a slight alteration to the shirt and getting the neck jacked down a little. I’m going to try it out a little more before deciding.

In hindsight, i probably would have taken this week to deload had I foreseen the sleep quality due to our pups surgery. Whatever though, what’s done is done and I got some insomniac work in. Next time will be easier compared to this week.
 
Yeah, I would definitely say 505 is a respectable cherry popping for your new shirt. I don’t know if there is any mode after Beastmode, but if there is I would say you’re approaching it.💪
 
Noticed last gear session my grip strength was taxed. This has always been my number one indicator of CNS fatigue. I mean, never have I ever subjected my body to overload training more than twice a month, the last 7-8 weeks have been weekly overload.

Thinking about dosing alphaGPC daily from here on. I will adjust this weekends gear session if my grip is not there as I will not drop a bar on bench.

Always open to any ancient Chinese training secrets. And yes I know, deload incoming lol.

The alphaGPC daily is a good idea, and maybe something for cortisol like Reduce XT.

Yeah it’s about that time lol. Not trying to prove something to myself and stall/regress. I‘ll see how daily alpha goes, it hasn’t affected my appetite so that’s good. Time to up the calories as well, even if it means getting slightly dirty with it, I don’t care my body is screaming for more. Also due for a cissus megadose week, starting that today.

I’ve only been in a single-ply Titan that was loose enough to get into myself, and I couldn’t touch my elbows on a Floorpress with 225. But I was a lot weaker then, l think around a 275lb bencher and lats to match, this would have been almost a decade ago!

They had some F8s at the Anderson booth but I didn’t want to go down that rabbit hole with my poor wife standing there after already talking with Jimmy long enough about his bench & the widowmaker.

Yeah I totally get that, I could spend hours soaking up knowledge there. Apparently they have a new bench tool coming out. Their version of the Titan Power Ram.
