I've been training for quite some time and now at a point now (37 years old) where I'd like to address my two weak areas simultaneously. Is there a training and nutrition regiment I can follow where I can elicit hypertrophy in my legs and at the same time reduce my abdominal circumference, specifically the visceral fat? I assume that fat loss and hypertrophy utilize different pathways, but I'm hoping there may be a way to circumvent this.
