Skinny Legs/Large stomach

I've been training for quite some time and now at a point now (37 years old) where I'd like to address my two weak areas simultaneously. Is there a training and nutrition regiment I can follow where I can elicit hypertrophy in my legs and at the same time reduce my abdominal circumference, specifically the visceral fat? I assume that fat loss and hypertrophy utilize different pathways, but I'm hoping there may be a way to circumvent this.

Well, let's start with your training and nutrition that you already are doing and go from there...can you lay it out for us so we can help you make changes
