I just bought Gaspari Nutriition Sizeon and was wondering whens the best time to use the product.

It states intra-workout however, i have been sipping Xtend intra-workout. So could i take the Sizeon Pre-workout or Post-Workout. Or should i just take it 1 hour before sleeping, as it states to do if you cant sip it intra-workout.
 
when i took sizeon i drank it post-workout along w/ a protein shake, and used super-pump pre-workout, then sipped my bcca drink (AXcell) intra-workout. thought this worked well.. haven't used in size or sprpmp in awhile as i change up my pre and post workouts frequently..

y would you use it Post as compared to Pre...doesnt creatine supposed to give you strength and pumps which are beneficial during a workout? Or am i wrong?
 
mix ur extend with the size on nd drink intra nd finish post so half intra half post nd you will kinda have a pseudo sizeon v2 which has the hydrosyslates

I'd take it post, since it will be absorbed faster into your muscles, if taken along with some fast digesting carbs. If your looking for strength and size increases that come along with creatine i'd get bulk powder and use load/maintain protocol.

size on has 31g carb
 
Even though it will bloat you, take it all at once for strength, good stuff when taken as a preworkout instead of a intra.

i do the samething as you and it works great...
 
When I've used it I took it post workout, pretty much within 10 mins. I also don't mix it with as much water as the directions say, just too much. I mix it with about 4oz of water, slam it back and just drink plain water after that.
