DAY 12

Supplements today: SizeOn, Omega 3's (1 gram)

This was an off day. I was pretty sore from my leg workout and felt really tired all day. I was working in the woods to get some logs for the fireplace. Let me tell ya this was a hard job. Anyways, all went well, and one more day 'till the holidays are done, and we'll be back to regular schedule.
 
what is your diet consisting of to get your 3000-3500 calories?
I hope this is not a dumb question. Some what new at all of these and am having a hell of a time noticing any gains.

Diet consists of 3400 calories average. Macros will stay private as I have a trainer and we'll keep it like this. Some tips: Rotate GI carbs, eat every 2:30 hours, small meals, and you will see gains. Just be patient ;)
 
DAY 13

This was an off day. I have been eating a lot on this day, and tomorrow is back on track. I have to eat with the family as it's imposed to me. Anyways, I probably got 1000 more than usual.. No biggie for new years. Tomorrow is chest. Can't wait!
 
DAY 14

Here we are, chest day, and it feels pretty good. I have been noticing slight changes in the miror, but after today's workout, I have noticed major pumps thourough the day, and tonight was pretty sick! I beat PR's everywhere except that damn incline bench press. Anyways this is the day where I notice a major difference in pumps.

Thanks. I love my trainer. He is the best supplement I have ever used. lol. Go for it. You won't be dissapointed.
 
DAY 15

Supplements today: SizeOn, Omega 3's (1 gram)

Well, I was expecting my JW to arrive today, I will probably get it tomorrow. This is an off day, so I didn't really notice anything out of the ordinary. My chest feels pretty sore, so this is a good sign. No pain, no gain. SizeOn is great, I do not seem to have lost a lot of definition, so this is very good. Tomorrow is back. I can't wait!
 
DAY 16

This was a pretty good workout. Very intense, but the pumps were not as huge as day 14... Anyways, reps are gradually increasing, and everything goes well. JW is not in yet :(

Got some Horsepower. I will see if I will ad it after Sizeon...

Hehe! Yep. I also am curious to see what will happen!
 
Be pre warned the horsepower tastes like crap, and it mixes about as good as BCAA's which isnt well. BUT it works and it works insanely well.

As long as it works, I never judge a supplement by it's taste or convenience.
 
DAY 17

Now, here we are, after a pretty good arm workout. I love the feeling this gives me. I am seeing a loss in definition, especially in the abs, but let's keep it up, and it'll be well worth it. I am a little bit more vascular, but nothing very crazy as far as veins are concerned. I feel very full during workouts, and love that "tight" feeling.
 
DAY 18

This was leg day. What a day. First of all, I wake up congested, so I grab some eph. at the local store, and take 8 mg. I also saw that Superpump 250 was on sale, so Ifigured.. Heck, I might as well tak one. So I go home, take 1 eph. and 3 scoops Superpump pre wo, as well as my Sizeon. I read the label, and it says to take 1 scoop to assess tolerance... I don't need to do that.. I was feeling pretty energized, but I had those CRAZY CRAMPS it was very bad. Now I know why tolerance has to be assessed. LOL. So trainin took more than 1:30 as I was on the bowl for awhile. Enough for the details. I felt pretty strong, and was very focused all day. Sofar, Gaspari is impressing me. We'll see what the scale tells me.

Note: I must have at least a good 3 lbs. water in there as my defenition is gone compared to the begining of this log, and my diet consists of the same macros..
 
DAY 19

Today was an off day. I felt a little more full than usual, and loved that feeling. I am expecting my JW to come in this week, so hopefully it will be in soon.

Today was a very good day. I finally received my JW! WOOHOO! LETS GET THIS PARTY STARTED! I had a great workout, and felt very focused. I took 1 SP scoop this morning, and felt the stim. effect all day, so I made a good choice, I would have tossed all night in bed.. I'll give JW a good 10 days before judging it as it can take awhile to kick in.. Again, WOOHOO

Today, I had a very good feeling of muscle fullness, and I was surprised at the energy I felt during the day. Another off day(God they're long..) Tomorrow is back, and I am planning to get psyched to get a good workout. I am rested, and it should be interesting.

So now I am sitting at my PC and feeling very good. I felt like I was invincible when working out. I want more! I am feelins so tight and swollen it's awesome. Only thing is that when I flex, I get cramps sometimes. Maybe because I flex harder, and I get em.. Oh well, it's nothing real bad, just thought I would mention it. I love SP 250's stim effects, and now use it as my morning coffee. Today, I took 1 in AM and 2 pre wo. A little stomach discomfort occured, but not as bad as before. It works, so I am ready to suffer the :toilet: So anyways, all this bla bla to say I am satisfied with my workout, and can't wait for tomorrow's!
 
As promised, here are some pics: Please note that these are very bad pics taken one after another, as I am very tired. You can also notice a huge lack of detail from the creatine "bloat". I was flexing, and getting cramps in my muscles very easily, so it was pretty tough..

Today was arms day. My pumps were insane to say the least. I was very focused, but again, the gastric discomfort were there. I will see if 1.5 scoop will be enough. I will try to get some more in the morning, and more pre workout. I am starting to feel good about this.. BAM is coming, and we'll see if I am keeping the same dosage protocol.. More to come..

This was a leg day. I visited my father and worked out at the local gym where he lives. I didn't beat any PR's as I seem to be very lost when the routine is broken. I also cheated this day. 2 Ice cream pops, etc... Nice dinner with Fajitas.. Oh well, you only have one life to live right? Once in awhile can't hurt.
 
DAY 27

Today was Chest, shoulders. I felt a little tired, and my mp3 player was dead, so no music to make me push it harder.. So I would say huge pumps, great feeling, but average focus and average proper form, as I felt pretty weak today.. Weight seems to have increased, as my friends compliment on my recent gains. I am just telling them to watch out :twisted:
 
Glad things are still going good with the stack. I hope to I will show the same progress on my current stack.

So this is an off day, nothing unusual yet. Skin is fairly dry, and I got a few pimples as usual. 2 to be precise :)

Whoa! What a workout! I changed my routine, and had painfull pumps and workout was pretty intense. I must say that this is getting pretty interesting. I did some back, biceps, and calves along with some abs. BAM is going to be started in a few days. Day 14 of JW to be precise. Tomorrow I'll hop on the scale, and hope for a small increase ;)

Oops! I forgot to weight myself this morning. I'll add it tomorrow morning I promise. I started BAM, as well as HorsePower today, hoping to meet my goal :) Now HP tastes pretty bad. Not bad to the point where you want to puke, but bad enough to make a little face expression when you're done. Anyways, today is off day, and diet has changed as well, so everything is new, and first week of a new training is always good.
