Sup all,

Nuts here...Just looking for a friendly place to meet like minded people and share my love for lifting heavy things and gear. I'm a mid-30's dude who's a good friend to few and an ass to most. I've been lifting since I could lift...hauling hay at age 8 and weights since 6th grade. I powerlifted in high school...personal bests were in 198 lb class Squat 525, Bench 350, Deadlift 550(all clean). Started using gear at about age 25. Was still lifting heavy until I blew my left pec doing reps at 465lbs on bench. Now I only lift to be pretty.

I'm a father of 6; 2 girls, 4 boys; ages 3-12. I am a husband to a wonderful, supportive, feisty wife who is currently fighting Stage 4 cancer. I have an Associate's of Applied Arts and Sciences: Nursing and Bachelor's of Applied Arts and Sciences: Behavioral Studies/Criminology. I am in my Master's of Addiction Counseling. I gave up my nursing career because of a "pill problem" but have been sober for 6 years this October...This history is what has compelled me to return to school so I can help out others stricken with addiction.

Sounds good, I'm here looking for pure clean supplement ideas and companies not deal with when it comes to this. Maybe some work out tips. Other than that I don't mind giving honest reviews from my own experiences.

Hey gents. Always got hood info looking up forums from here. Thank you. Im 68in. 29 years old and 180lbs and 12%bf. been in gym on n off for 10 years. Very interested in learning about switching up my workout and training tips and talling about anabolics...

Nice site. I'll be reading through some threads in the forums for info and research. My main areas of interest are based around the pharmacological profiles and effectiveness of supplements. All of them. From vitamins to nootropics to pro-hormones to androgenic anabolic steroids to thermogenic and adrenergic stimulants to post cycle therapy supplements...all of them. I feel it is worth the time to research these things before I make a decision on which ones I will spend money on and put in my body. Looking forward to absorbing a lot of knowledge and sharing some as well. Cheers!

Welcome bros its plenty to learn here, just be willing to accept what information is giving to you even those at times it may not be what you want to hear but bros here are for your best interest.. Welcome

K sounds good
I'm here cause I'm about to do my first andro cycle. I got 1 and 4. Was wondering if it's too much to do both for my first or if I'd be fine. What i got coming is enough for 4 weeks. To be obviously be followed by a pct cycle. Thanks in advance.
