Hi all, I've been a member of other forums for a while but I'm new to this one. 43 year old military and have been lifting for around 27 years now. Not a body builder or powerlifter but love training to get stronger and bigger.
 
I am new to this Forum. I hope to expand my knowledge of 10 years , and perhaps even be of assistance to anyone that i may be able to help. Thank you and everyone have a blessed day

Any chance we could broaden our trade thread prefixes to include Canada?

I think that next to USA and the UK that may be our next largest member group

Of course this is in my own benefit to ask for but I have to try ;)

Seems there is delay on phone by 10minutes or so when the notification comes on site. Admin please respond..

On the PC No Notifications since Mid Day Friday ???

Are they in your spam/junk folder? I just checked the server logs against your email address and the notifications appear to be delivered to your mail provider. I will say that your mail provider is famous for randomly blackhole'ing these types of emails so if they're not in your spam I'll have to contact them and beg for forgiveness for whatever it is that we did, offer them up my firstborn child and probably a few bottles of good scotch to get it fixed.

That's due to the push notification servers at either Apple or Google, depending on which app you use. We send the notifications to their servers immediately, and unfortunately don't have any control after that on how quickly they get delivered. When they're busy, there's a delay. It usually clears up though.
