Hello, I'm new to the forum and I don't know much about body building or supplements but every time I Google things there is usually something from here that shows as a result and I can't never read more than 3 pages so I opened an account.
I look forward to being a member of this community and learning as much as I can.
I am 33 years old
I am 5'7"
I weight 170 pounds
19% body fat according to one of those little body fat things they have at gyms... Currently recovering from knee surgery and just here to learn.
Welcome. Good job thus far getting back into shape.:bigok:Hey guys and girls, looks like a cool place.
I'm a 40 yo who's finally getting back into lifting and fitness in general after years of being out. Wife, kids, work, injuries, etc, etc, all put me out for awhile. I am 6' and started at 250 this year. I'm down to 180's now. Still a lot of work left before I start my bulk, but I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Hello guys, I'm new here and I need to ask you about some calves workouts that could help build my small calves!
Thanks bro, i was looking at a blog that is about training, do you guys know it or heard about it?

Calves are build with Time Under Tension. If you do not stimulate them properly they will never grow. I can almost guarantee if you slow down your calf training with slow negatives, holds & pauses they will grow. Put them under the most about of tension (in the negative portion of the lift) and they will grow. Even if you have to take 10 seconds a rep to really slow down and feel the burn/tension it will pay off in the long run.
I think I remember hearing John Meadows state something very similar in a podcast he was on that I listened to a few months ago. Said he often does 5-10 second eccentrics and isometric squeezes a lot in his training
