it seems like even if you visit all the threads under "notifications" the number #1 does not go away. It still stays stationary. Anyone else getting this problem?

mine started yesterday- doesn't matter what computer im on. it wont go away

Have the same prob Bob;).
 
Got sometimes unsubscribed to threads and one notifications stays "unread".

Have you tried closing the browser and deleting your cookies? Or maybe logging out and closing the browser then logging back in would help? Might be a miscommunication between your computer and the servers.

You should start by reading the rules in the anabolic section, those would benefit you greatly. If you have further questions, Id advise creating a new thread in the section that your thread is about, like the anabolic section.
 
Anyone know how to get rid of the numbers next to the world? I've had a 2 sitting up there for a week now and its starting to get aggravating

its a good start, getting your feet wet- but make sure to read up on the anabolic section and supp as well. need anything, post it there and more will see it and offer whatever help we can
