First thing we would need to know is your current goal
What is your training program
what are your current calories and macros?

If you are new to working out make sure you are schooled up on good form, proper technique, and how to track your calories to meet your dietary intake to meet your goal (dieting, bulking) for instance. Then you can adjust based off what you want to do.

if you are new I would stick to a basic starting strength, madcow, or 5/3/1 program and get used to the big 3

Lots of great information and threads in the nutritional threads or training threads to get you started. Need any help let us know!

Hey, im new here. My current goal is to cut to 10-12% BF (right now around 25%), and maintain as much muscle as possible. My lifts Squat 100kg, Deadlift, 100kg, Bench Press 80 kg, at the moment.

Running ICF 5x5, and i love it.

Also your knowledge is lacking so do a lot more research before positing otherwise you will be torn apart by other members.
 
I've done a lot of research but I'm having trouble finding the right answers. That's why I'm here. This is part of my research. But thanks for the info.

Hello there name is Raul I'm 28 been lifting consistently for a little less and than 18 months now. Currently 6' about 265lbs (damn I had gotten down to 238 lol) lifts currently at 365 bench, 350 squat, and a 465 deadlift. My current goals are to get the 4 platted bench and squat and a 5 plate dead all while losing some fat I'd like to get under 20% body fat. Looking forward to learning from this community and maybe contribute once I become more knowledgeable.
