Single best ingredient for acute strength gains

What's the cause of the stomach distress with Betaine? I wasn't aware it was such a common issue. I took like 6.5g pre once and didn't bat an eye. O_o. Didn't mean to, just happen to mix 3 products that had solid doses of it.
I'm not sure if the why some have GI issues with it, I just know that 3.75g fasted didn't treat me well. The feeling past within 15 mins so it wasn't all that debilitating, just know now that 3g is about the max for me in a bolus.

Agmatine has me running to the bathroom throughout the day if I exceed 2 grams, but I love the feel and look, so its a conundrum. Lol

I have severe GI issues and TMG never seemed to cause me any problems.

That being said, I don't notice any tangible, acute benefits from it either.

That would be approximately 20 ingredients.

Yes, sorry but i can attribute only to one of them but to the stimulant and agmatine mix: for example, only caffeine, even in elevated dose, gives me nothing on the strenght side. Agmatine gives me a good pump but not strenght.

However i am about to begin an ArA cycle, very optimistic about it.

3 grams Betaine doesn't cause any issues for me :).

I've never had an issue with 3g pre workout and i do that almost every workout. Haven't heard of any issues until this thread.

Can take 5-6g Betaine with no problems. ;)

Lucky me?

I've only noticed cumulative effects from betaine. And it was power (easier off the chest when benching) but not necessarily "strength".

Acute: Amentoflavone (although works better through cumulative too), large amounts of caffeine (not surprising) and AMP citrate / DMAA products. I'd say citrulline too.

where the acute strength gains from this nice?

I don't get acute strength increases from Betaine but notice it over time more. I usually just get 2-3g per day though (only tried higher just to see if I noticed more).
