Simmons goes toe to toe with Primordials 1-T TREN (Log)

would multi do you take? i was looking into optimum opti-men b/c of its ratings on bb.com. what do you think? i currently take mens 1 a day. would opti take the place of liquid b12 and p-5-p? the p-5-p was for prolactin control?

I generally just grab a generic multi. Right now I'm using Vitamin Shoppe's brand.

The Animal Pak is a good multi, but if you're on a tight budget, I'm not sure if I would make it a priority. You do end up having to take several pills. I used it once before.

It would not take the place of p-5-p, which is Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate. I believe the form of b6 that you will find in most multis is Pyridoxine Hydrochloride.

You don't have to take liquid B12. I would suggest buying something to combat lethargy. Just to be safe, I wouldn't overdo it with the caffeine, as there is a belief that an overabundance of caffeine may increase the risk of gyno.
 
The 200-300 is something I read posted by Eric on another forum. Maybe we can get a rep in here to elaborate.

IMO, I would say it is a superior product compared to oral alternatives.

I understand the tight budget deal. Have you looked into the Xtreme Hardcore Muscle Stack? It includes 2 bottles of the 1-T Tren (enough for a 6 week cycle at 5 pumps per day), as well as Primordials Testosterone Recovery Stack (Sustain Alpha, Toco-8, EndoAmp Max) for PCT. That's what I bought.

Yeah. Those are the maximums of what is recommended.

You are getting a hefty dose of the active ingredients in 5 pumps, as the absorption of the ingredients is going to be greater than that of any oral. I believe going over 5 pumps is only considered when someone is an incredibly large person (250+ lbs).

Generally, people use the 1-T or 1-T Tren in cycles of 4-6 weeks. If you plan on running 1-T Tren for 6 weeks, I would recommend picking up some Sustain Alpha to use while on-cycle, to keep libido up and to make the transition to PCT smoother.

If you are prone to gyno, I don't believe SA is sufficient. It's primary function while on-cycle is to minimize suppression.
As for whether or not it helped keep the gyno at bay, I can't say for sure.

The natural route to control the sides would be through the utilization of p5p, vitex, 1-carboxy, etc.

one guy i read is using TD Formestane. if i was to use i would go oral but do you think it is a good supp to use? im not sure i want to take that many more supps when i start

You'd have to find a "source." It's not going to be necessary for a 4-6 week cycle of 1-T Tren though. However, I do believe that using Sustain Alpha while on-cycle would be beneficial.

You could use formestane, but I believe that is also something that's not necessary for what you plan on doing. I would just keep it simple.

What exactly are your plans? I assume you're just going to run the XHMS?
 
similar to yours. XHMS + sustain while on PTC: TRS +p5p +bulk powerfull +ibe formex (maby) +have clomid & vitex on hand incase

p5p, opti-men, bulk powerfull, beta alanine, liquid b-12 am,Wazy-maze carbs, optimum 100% whey,Glucosamine Plus CSA (joint health), mega red (fish oil), AI cycle assist.

Another great workout. My strength was up on all exercises, including single arm DB bench, DB bench on swiss ball, floor press, and lockouts.
The tris also felt strong, and I was able to increase weight/reps on these exercises as well.

I'm saving the barbell bench for my next, and final chest workout while "on," so that I can give the best judgment concerning my strength increase on the flat bench.

I have really noticed a jump in strength this week.

My aggression has risen noticeably in the past few days. I suppose that can be good or bad, depending on how you look at it. I'm a bit of a pissed off person in general, even off-cycle, but I have really been wanting to rip peoples heads off recently lol.

My weight also jumped up to 214, which is +16 pounds. :food:

you haven't gotten any acne on the sites that you apply the 1-t tren have you?

I know some people experience some slight acne at the applications sites, but I never really have. Maybe a small pimple now and again, but that's it. At the moment I don't even have any pimples...
 
is Nature's Way Vitex (vitex agnus castus) the same thing as

Chaste Berry Tree (Vitex) Extract (fruit) (Vitex agnus castus) ?

mine only says it contains agnus castus
 
anybody think there are any major differences btwn running this and just a tren clone? obviosly putting the cream on everyday might be an incovience but will be more of a steady dose. increased/decreased side effects/ gains ect.?

First, let me apologize for the delay. As I said before, I have been fairly busy recently. I am actually in the process of moving. I just had the internet hooked up in my home today.

Being that I have just moved, I can't find my measuring tape (go figure). If I find it, then I will try and post the size increases that I have experienced.

FINAL REVIEW

Weight:

Beginning of cycle: 198 pounds

End of 6 week cycle:
214.25 pounds

Gain: +16.25 pounds

Effectiveness: Excellent

In the writeup of 1-T Tren, Primordial Performance claims that the product will induce "Dramatic gains in strength and dense, lean muscle." I must say, this is an accurate claim, and 1-T Tren follows through. I could not be happier with the results I experienced from using this product. I was able to increase my mass by 16.25 pounds, and simultaneously attain significant strength improvements. I achieved personal records in nearly all of the lifts I performed, including the "big three" (squat, bench press, dead lift).

I also received numerous comments from friends and acquaintances regarding my size. A great deal of people noticed that I had increased my muscle mass, and many of them questioned whether or not I was "on something."

--> Total of Big Three Lifts...

Before cycle: 1,115

After 6 week cycle: 1,250

Gain: +135 pounds



--> One Rep Max Increases:

Bench press: +30 pounds

Squat: +65 pounds

Dead lift: +40 pounds


My strength progressed throughout the weeks, however, I would like to note that I experienced the most dramatic strength gains in weeks 3-6. Like Primordial's 1-T, I believe this is the time frame in which most users will experience the more notable effects of the product.
I was very impressed with the strength gains I was able to achieve. Every time I visited the gym, I was able to use more weight and execute more repetitions on every exercise that I performed. Week by week, my abilities increased, and the gains never plateaued.
I do not believe the aforementioned numbers to be completely indicative of the strength increases I experienced. My entire body progressed a great deal during my cycle, and every muscle group experienced growth. Additionally, I saw an outstanding rise in endurance and explosiveness.

Side Effects: Minimal

I was pleasantly surprised with the fact that the adverse side effects that resulted from 1-T Tren were minimal in frequency and severity. Throughout the cycle, the negative side effects I experienced were all minor.

--> Back Pumps: I experienced some infrequent, minor back pumps during the cycle. I did not even use anything to counteract the pumps, as they were not severe.

--> Testicular Atrophy: I did experience some testicular shrinkage. I really didn't notice the atrophy until the final 14-21 days of the cycle.
I used Sustain Alpha while "on," which hopefully aided in the preservation of my boys. :D

--> Libido: I believe that my libido was preserved via the use of Sustain Alpha while on cycle. I may have experienced the occasional drop in libido, but, it was maintained for the most part.

--> Lethargy: I did experience lethargy throughout the cycle. It was not severe, but it was apparent. Using some type of energy-enhancer usually solved the problem.

--> Hair Loss: No hair loss to report. I did not notice any shedding. Perhaps using Toco-8 preserved my head of hair.

--> Gyno: For the most part, I believe the vitex and p5p kept the gyno at bay. I may have experienced some mild symptoms, but only after I dropped the vitex for a short period of time.

--> Thermogenic effect: This is one side effect that was very apparent to me. From the beginning of my cycle, I noticed more perspiration, both in and out of the gym. I noticed that my body felt warm throughout the day, even when I was just sitting around. Following the majority of my gym sessions, my clothes would be covered with sweat.
I didn't view this as a negative side effect though. In fact, I actually enjoyed it.

Overall Impressions:

Overall, I was very pleased with this product. I would definitely use it again, and I have already recommended it to several people. Although, I now plan on following the natural route for a while. I believe it's time for a break. ;)

I believe 1-T Tren fulfills the claims that are made by Primordial Performance in the writeup of the product. I have to say that this product blows away everything else I have previously tried.

All of my experiences with this company have been positive thus far. I believe they produce high quality, innovative, effective products. Eric is an incredibly knowledgeable individual, and he has earned my trust. I would like to add that Primordial's customer service is great. From what I have seen, Eric and the reps are always available to address any and all concerns that individuals may have. PP has definitely earned my respect.

I can tell you that I have already lost a little bit of weight; however, I believe part of the reason that has happened is because I had to go out into the field during my first three days of PCT, and I wasn't able to get in adequate calories/nutrition during that time.
I'll probably give weekly updates, which will include information pertaining to weight, strength, and recovery.

I do believe that my strength is still intact. I've had some pretty strong workouts since beginning PCT.

PCT UPDATE

I'm a little more than two weeks in to PCT. I thought I would jump in and give a quick update.

I've added a couple supplements into my PCT arsenal. I'm currently using the following:

-Primordial's TRS (Sustain Alpha, Toco-8, EndoAmp)
-PowerFull
-Diesel Test Hardcore
-Phyto-Testosterone (recently added)

I know it seems like a lot of supplements, but, I think the addition of these items has allowed me to maintain strength and even progress in some areas. In fact, I noticed a nice jump in strength this evening, during my chest/triceps workout. I was pretty surprised.

Everything seems to be going smoothly. All of the negative sides have subsided.
My testes seem to be coming back to life, slowly but surely. They haven't returned to full size yet, but I expect that they will.

I have one confession to make. I am going on vacation here in a few weeks, so I have been trying to drop the calories down just a bit. I'd really like to drop a bit of this fat from my bulk before I leave. I haven't done anything drastic though. In fact, my weight really hasn't decreased by a substantial amount.
I look a bit leaner in the midsection as well.

Current weight: 210.5 pounds.
- about 3.5-3.75 pounds since end of cycle.
+ 12.5 pounds overall.
Again, I have cut the calories down a bit, which may account for some of the loss.
 
thanks for the update i was thinkin about 25mg of clomi instead of all your other supps? whats your op on that?

Well, PCT is over, so I will give some final updates.

I used the following supplements throughout PCT:

-Primordial's TRS (Sustain Alpha, Toco-8, EndoAmp)
-PowerFull
-Diesel Test Hardcore
-Phyto-Testosterone

At this point, all I can say is that everything is going very well. I really have nothing negative to report. I am happy to say that my testes are significantly larger than they were at the end of the cycle.
I'm also pleased with the fact that my strength has been preserved. In fact, my strength continues to progress in some areas. Every part of my body feels strong. FWIW, I had a fantastic session with dead lifts just yesterday.

Current weight: 209 pounds
- about 5-5.25 pounds since end of cycle
+ 11 pounds overall
As I stated before, I cut the calories down in an attempt to drop a bit of weight. I do appear to be a bit leaner in the midsection. Oddly enough, I had another person in the gym tell me I was looking much larger just the other day. Apparently I'm still growing, which is fine with me. :lol:


Overall, I am very pleased. I would say this PCT has been successful. I managed to retain the majority of my strength (I'm even progressing in some areas) and also lean out a bit.
Since PCT has concluded, I will probably attempt to shed some fat very soon. I also plan on sticking to the natural route for a while, which will allow me plenty of time to decide what to use next. :D
