So I started my monkeyratasaurus on this today as an add on to his pre-workout at 12.5mg. It gave him a great pump in the gym. I will keep it at this dose the first week before upping it to 25mg pre-workout. I will also be using this for his "cardio". But will be using a full dose for that. So far so good in the gym cant wait to see how it works in other areas. Thanks again PRE

Took my Silda-V and my Pump Juice Extreme, and Creatine today after work and headed to the gym for my shoulder workout

Military Press: 135x18, 185x12, 185x12, 185x12, 185x12

Side Cable Raises (B/L): 10x15, 10x15, 10x15, 5x20, 5x20

Front DB Raises (B/L): 25x18, 35x12, 35x12, 35x12

Rear DB Raises (B/L): 17.5x18, 20x12, 20x12, 20x12

Upright Row: 65x18, 95x15, 125x12, 125x12, 125x12

Shoulder Press (Machine): 110x18, 130x12, 130x12, 130x12

Overall Great Pump throughout. Knocked it out in a little under 1:30. But, the way I was moving felt like 30. Tomorrow my buddy will be in from Chicago so we will be crushing some back.
 
After this morning, I can say a full dose of this, works great for your "cardio". Definetly no complaints there.

I'm jealous of that chest supported T-bar row you got there. Just got a landmine my gym, although most of the time I just toss it in the corner of the squat rack.

Thanks brother, things are getting better, and I know his wife is going through a ton right now. So when she's feeling better, think I'm gonna do something for her and the new baby that was born 8 days before his death.

That's some terrible stuff right there, I can only imagine what that has to be like. Enduring a precious moment like a new born baby girl alone. Let us know if you ever need to vent brother, we're all here to listen and help
