I asumme that this is just as good to eat as the virgin coconut oil that members talk about as being good to incorporate into your diet.

i feel that its good on a bulk, otherwise its not technically an essential fat, so adding half coconut oil and half essential fats for your fat source with each meal can definetly be awsome, increase your metabolism, enhance immune system, enhance cholesterol synthesis in the testis eventually leading to more testosterone. and its digested as a carbohydrate

It is high in MCT and in particular Lauric Acid which is a fat found in human breast milk. Also the saturated fat found in it is not really the same as bacon.

Agreed. Not all sat. fats are the same. Coconut oil is amazing for male hormone regulation.

yes its about 88% lauric acid, but it only has 6 %mono and 2 % poly unsaturates.

coconut oil is good for off season bulk, but while dieting it should not be a staple,

it has many added benifits lauric acid helps with imune system and thyroid production.

what im saying is that its not an essential fat and it shouldnt replace the essential fats, it can be added to them though.
