I used ito live n iowa for awhile..outside davenport ~30mi, and right outside des moines in Altoona...

Hey! I resemble that remark...er, nevermind. I live down in burlington, about 1.5 hours south of Dport. Oh, and Iowa also stands for Idiots Out Walking Around...uhhh, forget I said that.

Yep! 15 minutes north of Ft Madison. It's where Steamboat Days is, if you've heard of that lol. And I work in a car dealership so am very aware of the kind of people we have representing our state. At least we have Field of Dreams....

Had to look up ab chopper on youtube. I have never seen that before.

I do this version, but with cables. I like to alternate between high (above the shoulders and chopping downward), waist level (chopping as you would with a baseball swing), and low (chopping upward). I've been slacking on working abs so they are going to be come more of a focus. Although they are becoming more visible, I feel I can grow them to make them pop more. Ahhh, vanity, you have me by the balls.
