Nope, I got a plan and I'm doing my best not to deviate. The shrimp were cooked in butter and that's not necessarily what I need at this point. I'll enjoy some when I get my bf% down to where I want it.

And that was about it. Pretty sure hamstring is completely healed at this point. Next leg day I will know for sure as I will go heavier and add back in some more exercises. Didn't feel anything on my run yesterday so I think I'm good to go again.

This is Shell Beach, California. It's the most special and sacred place on earth to me. My mother's ashes are here and mine will be as well. And, you get a peak of my rainbow babies (newest addition not featured).

Nah, I just look that way. I was holding something in between my knees so I was hunched over.

That place sounds so familiar. Is there a restaurant there called Splash Cafe? Also and old school hotel by the name The Cliffs?

Thank you sir. He gets less ugly by the day. Watching your progress is motivation for me to keep pushing. I have some pretty detailed guidance this time around rather than just shooting from the hip, so things are going smoother and quicker. I'm not gonna be big this go 'round, but I'll have a pretty cut base to build on.

Yep, Splash Cafe is on the main little drag in Pismo and The Cliffs overlook Shell. Haven't stayed at The Cliffs before but stayed at some tiki hotel right up the street. You got the right place. Splash Cafe is known for their chowder, if I remember correctly.
 
Yea I use to go out there years ago!!! That steak joint up the hill McClintocks haunts me with the deliciousness till this day with their baseball cut. Now the jealousy is setting in...

No I use to have family out that way. Couple times a year I would be out there visiting and we always made the trip to Pismo for an all day thing or a couple of days thing. We'd always end up at that town that looks like you got zapped to Europe, I think it called Solvang or something. Never did care to much for that boring part of the trip but it was something to do.
 
Gorgeous Pics and a nice place to visit your Mother. I love that you have an emotional / spiritual tie that you can go and reflect. Everyone should have such a place whether it be a beach, stream, mountain, or even a rooftop.

Rainbow babies, I had never heard that one before. Many of my family members are interracial and would probably like that one. Sounds like a lot of love.

I'm not real familiar with that little town. I know most of the surrounding area pretty well though.

What beard? That's only 2 weeks of growth. It'll keep growing til July 19th. I shave every day, only once a year do I get to enjoy this facial hair.
