So, I have a torn hammy. Not torn so bad that I need crutches, but torn bad enough to where I have a good size bruise on the back of my left leg. Great, just what I need at this point in my life. Guess I'll just give up and get fat again.

I'm able to put pressure down, but resistance in the form of curls is quite uncomfortable. It's somewhere between grades 1&2. I can run, but can't sprint. It's only one of the three muscles (biceps femoris) so the amount I'm limited has yet to be determined. I turned my 2 mile this morning in 13:09 so I'm not doing too bad.

Alright, so I took my pt test this morning and maxed all three events, sh*tty hammy and all. I've decided not to give up on being shredded. As mentioned before, I turned my two-mile in 13:09, so things aren't all that bad. I could have done it faster, but it took a little time to loosen up in the beginning of the run. I normally run low to mid-twelves. Oh well.

But this morning I had to run for testing purposes. It wasn't so bad. I didn't cry or bleed, so I guess I'm not really hurt.

It's got sand in it, still. Can you blame me? I like running. Maybe I'm just weird, but I actually do enjoy a good run. I like to challenge myself to better my last time.

Haha, words of encouragement. I have some pretty brutal pics of old injuries that are much worse than that pic. I've never messed up a hammy though, so this is new, and not welcome.

Had to log in on the computer to get the full effect, the video doesn't show up on the phone (it's just an image). Dude even insulted him further by hitting him with a slider and not just a fastball, like "look at the control I have with my mid-eighties junk ball". Funny stuff. I'm smart enough to get my lead foot out of the box when calling time, or I'll get all the way out of the box to prevent something like that.

Hams are healing up faster than expected. If I had to guess, at this point, I'd say the addition of silkies has had something to do with that as other recovery periods have been shortened too. Fat Smack continues to help me lean out. Even with my crappy diet on the weekends I'm still showing good progress in dropping fat.

Yessir. I've noticed some added size in my upper torso, mainly delts and traps. Pretty sure donuts help build muscle. Quads are growing as well, but I don't show those. They're a secret for now.

Light legs today. Nothing crazy to report, just trying to work around the hammies. Did I mention that I really enjoy pause-squats? If not, now you know.
No PWO this morning just BCAA/SAA post. Back to normal supp protocol tomorrow.

Thanks buddy. I don't know that I'll reach single digits by summer, but I'm damn sure going to try.
As for the squats, anywhere between 4-7 seconds at parallel or slightly below and then I try to explode out of the hole. I'm getting braver with them and adding weight but I kept everything pretty light today to make sure not to aggravate the hammies. Poor excuse but I'm sticking to it...
