Stick to your program and eat right and things will come along. Once you get to where you stall, change things up. Don't get disappointed with the scale, it means nothing. How your clothes fit means so much more.
Congrats on being picked, it's a great opportunity.

The science I saw didn't wasn't enough to justify the price, not a lot of anecdotal feedback showing their efficacy.

Tried blox, didn't notice much but a good flavoring.

Although, I know finaflex claims the natural source makes a big difference (which I believe, but still not sure how big of a difference it could be)

So, it's been two weeks since I showed anything. Here's a pic post-breakfast. Midline is showing quite a bit more, back fat is slowly going away. Progress from start is pretty noticeable, I think. I guess this is about the halfway point from start until summer. I'm pretty sure, at this pace, I'll be shredded by my birthday (third day of summer). Still a way to go though.

For those of you trying to count because you are jealous, there are 45 Condense samples, 26 dpol samples and 13 Muscle Marinade samples, plus a shaker bottle. Boom.
I've never tried any of these products, so today is a happy day.

I should have added that one of the shirts I originally ordered was not in stock so I had to change the order a bit. Either way, still a ton of free cool stuff.

So, easy day today, and the rest of this week will be the same. Gonna keep things light, and low for this week. Have a PT test on Friday and I want to be as fresh and rested as possible to maximize my results.
Did some pressing movements for chest and threw in some tri stuff for good measure. Nothing spectacular to note. Supp list is unchanged minus the versa-1 that I ran out of. Pretty good supp overall. Can't say I noticed any spectacular gains or anything like that from it, but it aids in focus while at the gym. Being that that is its intended purpose (if I'm not mistaken) I'd say it does the trick.
Strained a hammy Saturday during game one of my softball doubleheader in the third inning. Sat for the next 4 innings with ice and compression and was good to hook by the start of game 2. Made a pretty nice completely laid out diving catch to save a couple of runs. Hammy is tender today, but it's fine.

This weekend I took the liberty of eating a little more freely (as I do most weekends). I've seen pretty decent results with this approach and it's nice to enjoy the weekends anyway. Here's a small example.

These are cored strawberries rolled in melted dark Godiva chocolate and then rolled in crushed cinnamon grahams, chilled and then stuffed with marshmallow puff and drizzled with the smallest amount of kosher salt.

It sure as hell is. Everyone that's tasted it so far was like "damn, that stuff is good!". I am impartial. That being said...
Damn, that stuff is GOOD! I was gonna wait til tomorrow and have my first serving intra-workout, but wouldn't it be horrible to try a supplement that tasted horrible while you were working out, and not having something to replace it with? Yeah, that's what I used as my excuse for cracking the seal early, don't judge me.
I mixed one scoop with 8 oz cold water. Jar says between 6-12 and I don't have a 9 oz mark on there so I just went with 8. I'll stick to that.
Can't wait to drink it again. That is all.

Fat Smack is doing good things. I'm continuing to lean out, as planned, and appetite suppression is much better than it was in the beginning. I'm still eating, but don't feel the need to like I would without it.
Muscle Marinade is good. Real good.
Apple Fusion is one of, if not THE best supplement(s) I have ever tasted. It tastes like an apple jolly rancher, minus a little bit of the sour. It literally tastes like candy. I'll be better able to judge recovery next week when I get back to normal weight.
