Come home, jump into cricket net, sprint after every shot, 80 20m sprints total.
 
I'm gonna run my cycle but with end of year law exams, I won't be posting much...will pick this up after 23 November

Yesterday did 160kg x 5 and had gas left...
DB bench up to 90lbs each x 4 now
 
That's a good improvement on your deadlifts.
I will be following to see how it treats you. Maybe I will hit the dark side one day. Still undecided. (got a few in my stash)

Slight gyno, and joints are Farked up. Playing a decent level of cricket with bad joints is no good.

Can't afford arimidex so maybe keep rest of cycle for later use when ready again.
