Shred to 8%

Im 5'11" 192 llbs about 15% approx

I want to shred down to 8-10%

Whats the eat supplement or anabolic to take to help me

My diet and trainif are on point conpletly!! Just want somethin that an extra boost
 
If every thing is on point, then just be patient and you will be shredded in no time! I've never taken a fat burner of any kind and stay below 8 % year round..... When I get a few ill share a few things that have worked for me. No degrees or credentials just a low bf from figuring out what works for me.
 
How much cardio are you doing, and what type? Sprinting always melts fat off me if you havnt tried them. Either a HIIT style thing or straight sprints work.
 
Anything above 10% for males "apparently" increased cancer risk 4 times
