Basically I've got a decent foundation and have been out of the gym for two months. I'm starting my first ever PH stack this week, I will be posting my workouts as well as a before and after weights/pictures. I hope i can get some along for the ride whether it be other PH beginners to learn or some guidance or critiques. If you are along for the ride I'm a night shift worker so my times may seem wacky ha. MuscleSport Lean Whey Revolution(protein)
MuscleSport BCAA Revolution(BCAA)
MuscleTech Creatine Mono(Creatine)
Shred&Sculpt Gold- R Andro Shred Estro Strike 2.07 Protex Cycle Assist.
Once I run that for the 4 weeks I switch to
Post Cycle 3x (Post Cycle) (4 weeks)
Then i run Alpha Lean- 7 (fat burner) for the last 4 weeks of my 12 week cycle.
