Started having a weird issue last night after I got home from my workout. No issues during my workout. No issue during 6 hours of car detailing the day before. Got home last night and feel a twinge in my shoulder/upper arm. It’s a stinging and burning feeling in my shoulder that goes into my upper arm, right on the outside between bi’s and tri’s.

Been happening all day today, too. It’s not constant, but sharp when I move certain ways- which I still haven’t quite figured out exactly which way causes it. But it feels like a rug burn inside my arm/shoulder, if that makes sense.

Any idea what this could be? There wasn’t any actual acute injury.

Soft tissue injuries can be from repetitive use. You need to leave it alone for a while. Without an MRI, no one can give you a definitive answer.

Always listen to what your body is telling you. If you take time off for a while and it returns, Id see a sports medicine specialist.

This^^ rest it for a lil while and if it doesn’t improve, get it checked out

Thanks. It seems to have subsided. Was a very odd feeling.
