Shoulder join pain

Hey guys! Need some help here.. I am having some excruciating, I cant sleep type of shoulder joint pain lately.

Here is some background:
I have always had shoulder pain but with some intense massaging and specialist work they usually feel normalish.
I've been off cycle for a few months now and decided to up the game naturally by stacking M-Test, Anabolic Effect and 15mg Mk-677(with Huperzine-A 600mg daily).
I am currently running some DC training with many sets going beyond failure.
Pretty sure my system natural hormones aren't back *on* and I am currently working with a specialist for fertility(trying to have kids) so that's why I am giving this natural stack a shot and pushing myself beyond my limits since that is the only way I know how to train and want to keep progressing even though my body isnt in an optimal state.(Yes I am nuts but if it worked for Platz and Yates...)

My question is, do you figure the current stack I am on could be contributing to this horrible shoulder pain? Its worse at night as even though I try not to sleep on my side, I seem to always end up there fawk... Should I throw in a supplement for joints?

Taking:
Krill
Aspirine
Carditone
Bergamot
CoQ10
Tumeric
PSP(Tyrant from MTS Nutrition) + 600mg additional
Cal-Mag

Pretty much it give or take some other staples for health

Oh and yes I am getting results from this stack even though like I said my hormones are most definitely shut down. Waist size is down, started to see abs again and beating the log book either by reps or weight at a normalish pace.

Maybe fats in diet could be low? Getting them mostly from, krill oil, salmon, beef and eggs in the diet. Maybe need to throw in some avocado?

Your situation may be different than mine but I’ve battled rotator cuff/labrum stuff in my right shoulder for several years. It’s gotten worse recently with pull down exercises. By working with a good trainer I’ve learned my issue has been shoulder blade/upper thoracic engagement in my push and pull exercises. When I bench now I concentrate on squeezing my shoulder blades together like crushing an egg between and my shoulders don’t take much of an impact at all. Secondary muscles are a big deal and instability in other areas could be contributing.
