Should I use HCG during or after cycle?

Was going to start 250 IU x2 a week. For the last 6-8 weeks of my test/decca cycle can someone tell me what they think. I have gotten several different responses. I have proper PCT, just thought I would try for some clarification.

Yes you can run it during your cycle and most say to. Run it two weeks into your serum cycle. That is only what I'm told. I don't know how much to take. A freind says 250iu a day or 1000iu twice a week during cycle. I don't know how much off cycle to take. Any help? Articles are great but we are in a forum bro!
